I recently came back because this location was much more convenient, and I had a completely different experience. The woman with the colorful curly hair was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, patient, and incredibly accommodating. She even explained to the employees that, yes, the substitution could be done. It was validating to know I hadn't been mistaken all along. On top of that, I watched her handle a huge rush of customers. She stayed calm, worked quickly, treated everyone with kindness, and kept everything moving efficiently. She is exactly the kind of employee every business hopes to have and truly deserves recognition and a raise. I hope management recognizes the difference one great employee can make.
