Used the delivery service offered by D'angelos website ordered food at 5:46pm wasn't delivered until until 7:29pm when app showed should have been delivered at 6:30pm. The delivery driver showed up and proceeded to tell me he went to Bjs first to do another delivery pick up. So be aware food will show up soggy, cold, and an hour late because driver decided to do multiple app orders at the same time. I wish I could take the tip away. It's too bad because this D'angelos is pretty good but their subcontractors for delivery are dropping the ball. read more

I asked for 2 veggie subs. The customization was add lettuce and tomatoes and add hot peppers to only one sandwich. The cashier confirmed my order. My name was called when the subs were ready. It wasn't a long wait. I was about to be handed a bag with 2 subs. Before I accepted the subs, I asked whether the sub with the hot peppers had been marked. The cook said, "hot peppers?" The cashier, who had overheard the exchange, explained that I'd ordered hot peppers on one of the subs. The cook opened up one of the subs, added the peppers, and marked it. Good? No. I got the subs home only to find out that the lettuce and tomatoes hadn't been added to the subs, either. This was my first and last visit to this location. Came here on a whim for lunch with the family. Kids had small deli sandwiches and husband had the Korean bbq chicken sandwich. I had the Greek salad with chicken. The chicken was marinated and not dry at all! Super yum! The Greek dressing was really good too! A little pricy once chips, drinks and cookies were added but tasty nonetheless. read more

Extremely Delicious!!! I was in the area hankering for a good sandwich and decided to try for a quick lunch. I had a double peppercorn sandwich with extra cheese and peppercorn dressing. I waited for 45 minutes for a sub and watched people who ordered before me wait even longer turns out it was just sitting on the end if the toaster for 20 minutes while they took other subs that came out after and wrapped those instead this place is a hot mess they messed up 3 other orders while i was waiting for my hot sub that was cold by the time i got it. very unsatisfied with my 45 minute now cold and uncut sub that they ended up getting wrong as well! read more

It's been a while since I ate at D'Angelo's and certainly will be my last. This place was a hot mess. They forgot orders, messed up sandwiches. I ordered a Medium No 9 steak. They shouldn't even put steak in the title. It's basically cheese and bread. It seems they forgot to put the equivalent amount of filling for what the bread size was. No no no. I love the thanksgiving sub. Large. And I love getting it from my D'Angelos in Randolph where a creepily more then friendly heavy-set man serves it to me. This unfortunately was served from the Avon D'Angelos. When reviewing the sandwich, there was barely any turkey, stuffing, or cranberry sauce compared to the same sub from Randolph. The Randolph shop makes the sub large enough to feed me for TWO meals if I am not feeling gluttonous. Not only that but they give me two heated gravy's to eat with my sub. The Avon sub was picked up by my father. Not only did they NOT give him 2 gravy's but didn't give him ANY! By some EPIC hand of GOD'S GRACE my dad HAPPENED to look up at the menu and notice my sub was supposed to come with a gravy. He asked and received ONE. The gravy is usually watered down a bit with these subs, but you don't want a heavy gravy with such a sub. This one from Avon was more then 83% water. I calculated it in my underground lab. Anyway, I digress. The sub was small and squished, gravy too watered down, and you have to ask for the gravy even though it is clearly marked that it is to go with the sub. Randolph version fills me up for two meals, Avon one I ate within 4 minutes 15 seconds and then heated up 15 left over chicken nuggets to satisfy my self. Either I am pregnant, or their sub is just smaller. For like 9 bucks for a large sub I want the Randolph version, thank you VERY much. Never again Avon, never again. 2 stars because it still is one of my favorite subs and no bones or loose body parts/stools ruined my eating experience. read more

For fast food places, D'Angelo's is better than most. As with many fast food places, you order at the counter and they will find you and deliver your order to your table. The sandwich came out pretty fast. They have a variety of stuff that you can't find where I normally go (this was visited on a road trip) and I just wish there was something like this close to home. As far as the peeps who compare this to Subway...no way. So much better! read more

D'angelo's Avon: I ordered a Small Turkey Sub at about 11:15 AM I was happy to see the delivery guy a half hour later, open the bag and the chips they charged me for were not in the bag and instead of the Turkey I ordered they sent me a Tuna sub. I called they resent the order 1 hour and 15 minutes later got the turkey sub not a drop of oil or even mayo, the meat looked like they picked it up off the floor. 3rd chance given the last time I ordered Hot Pastromi there was meet in the middle of the sub but none on either end. The order before that had only condiments on the sub.. I'm good I will never use them again. Awful service, they used to be good, not anymore. read more

I want To give two stars but the employees tried so I felt bad abd they were pleasant and friendly. However My wife got a buffalo wrap. So much dressing it was pouring out. Chicken was a weird want to be buffalo sauce and more like a watered down Frank's. Red hot. Ended up in trash. I had meatball. Dub was paved nicely but the meatballs must of been old add they are all burnt and hard on . Outsides. Kind of gross. Kids got ham. Can't ruin that! read more

First time I ate there. Fast food is not on my list and as a truck driver it is difficult to find a place where one can pull in. It is definitely a notch better than Subway. And the meat on the ITALIAN TOAST was very tasty. read more

I too am puzzled by all the negative reviews. This place is always hopping during lunch hours!! Work close by and order online all the time!! Staff are very friendly and helpful and they always pump out sandwiches with lightning speed. More pricey than Subway but much better sandwiches.
