(Unlike some bread where it feels rock hard, or extremely taffy like and one has to yank the bread off with one's teeth). When I placed my order I ordered 3 sandwiches and asked for all the topping but also asked that all the toppings be put on the side as I was driving some distance and didn't want the bread to get soggy on the way home. The girl at the register was so sweet she made sure to add an extra note to be sure they knew everything on the side. When I got my food I only had 3 toppings in containers no lettuce or tomato so i check my sandwiches and sure enough lettuce and tomato was inside. I let the guy giving the orders out know of the mistake and he just went mhm mhm okay okay yea whatever grabbed the bag and let the girl making the sandwiches know. The girl got visibly upset that I asked for it to be fixed. She rolled her eyes let out a loud sigh and aggressively grabbed the sandwiches like it was my fault she got my order wrong. She removed the tomato and lettuce and rewrapped our sandwiches and then threw them at the guy bagging them causing the bread to crack all over opening them was a huge mess ‍. She then bagged the lettuce in a bag that looked like a produce bag and filled it to the top. When i asked for the other toppings that i was missing she got upset again and packaged a small amount of the things i was missing. The hot sandwich was way better mostly because the bread was softer. Now the cons... first the restaurant had a ton of workers but somehow all the tables were dirty so we had to take our food to go. Second is the price! Paying over 16$ for a sandwich and they were skimpy with the meat and the bread was stale on the Turkey sub. If it wasn't for it being decent quality I would have been upset. I expected the sandwich to be pressed or grilled, as Cuban sandwiches are usually made. There was so little meat, I didn't see any cheese and the worst part was that the bread was gummy and soft. Not crusty. What seemed pretty obvious was that my sandwich had been heated in a microwave.
