Came here on a Saturday as a party of four around lunchtime. Let me just tell you it was absolutely packed. After coming, I can understand why. The food is cost-effective, quality, and their service was fast. The ambience was definitely fast casual. They have a chip and salsa and condiment bar that is constantly on refill. Eat her for the first time last week and everything was fantastic and cook to order. I still give them five stars, even though I'm not a big fan of the sweet Hawaiian type hamburger bun because it was all nicely grilled and put together and tasted wonderful. Very good piece of quality meat. The onion rings were breaded not with a bar batter so they were more crispy like a Panko breading really good. I was a little disappointed that their soda machine was broke but hey that's life. It happens. They did give me a full size Aquafina water and replacement or anything else. I may have wanted. Service was awful - complete mess, kitchen staff arguing. Brought wrong meals out MULTI times, everyone's food arrived at all different times and most of them were mixed up and messed up and incomplete they came to our table 4 times and asked us what we all ordered and what was missing from our order. I could understand some confusion if it was busy however it was not busy. There was five people in our party. Food wasn't hot for taking so long. For the cost not worth it for eggs and bacon, and pancakes - French toast was dry. Would not recommend. First time trying this restaurant and the food was good. Large portions. You order your food and they give you a number and they bring the food to your table. Positives- chips and salsa bar readily available. Food is made to order. Lots of seating. Negatives - person cleaning the lobby is the same person bringing you your food. The menu is overwhelming to look at. It's behind the counter and so much to choose from. Extremely pricey. Kids meal is the size of an adult portion. One issue we had, they brought out our food at separate times. We had a group of four. I received my meal first, then my wife and then son. We waited for our daughter meal, which was the exact same as my son. When her food came to the table it was in a to-go box. Ordered the chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries, wife had the enchilada's and ordered (2) chicken tenders with fries for the kids. Order came up to $51. They even charge a convenience fee. Both were excellent and definitely a step up from IHOP, Dennys and Village Inn. All employees that I interacted with were very friendly and had no problems suggesting different items on the menu. The young man at the window told me it was a certain price and then when he gave me my receipt, it was another price and then I was told after the fact that there's a surcharge for using my card. The cashiers should've told me ahead of time that there will be a charge and let it be known. And I did order a hamburger special they gave me cheeseburger and I don't eat cheese. When we walked in, the restaurant was clean, employees were friendly and it was decorated really nice. I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the menu, and all the options available. The prices were reasonable, pretty average for these days. I did think the chips and salsa bar was really cool. Our food was great and came out quickly.
