Let me be clear. This review is not based on work that was actually performed, but rather the…read morestruggles I had with scheduling residential work. I called to have a pendant light installed in my kitchen - a 4 hour job max, but my appointments were rescheduled three times over the course of 2 weeks. For a working person that must take vacation time from work to be home for the installation, that is unacceptable. Each time the staff called to reschedule (always 1/2 hour before arrival time), they were courteous and apologetic, but that didn't make up for my feeling that the value of my own time was not considered. I understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances happen, but Hucker needs to have a backup plan in place instead of rescheduling over and over. I would not recommend this contractor unless you want to keep rescheduling over and over and never get any work done.
