Not only does she have so much experience she has great customer service and takes the time to make sure your hair is the way you want it to be. I have followed her to 3 different places because she is worth it. I have been to Joey many times and he has always done an amazing job. This time, I wanted Blue. He was fully honest and made reasonable suggestions to how we could achieve what I desired. Today's lesson: don't go to a hair salon for a pedicure. I'm not a local and I guess Vegas is the kind of place where stylists etc. can basically rent a chair at a salon with the salon taking no responsibility for the individuals talent/skills. This review is for my pedicure w Lawrence (aka Johnny?). I knew I should have walked out when it took him FIFTY (that's 50) minutes to remove what was left of my gel pedicure (mostly on my big toes). He even had to bring someone else out to help, who then tried to explain to me what they were trying to do (like it's my first rodeo). The whole ordeal took an hour and a half. He never even touched my cuticles. The polish was old and streaky. He left without helping me put my flip flops on. Then came back and tried to charge me $40. I asked him if he usually charges $40 and doesn't even cut someone's cuticles. His response is "no I never cut cuticles." Then he followed up with "I can do it for $30." He should have done it for $5 since the only thing he did semi adequately was take my polish off. If you come here for nails you should book Victoria. My friend sees her on the regular and her nails look excellent. read more

Please, if you read and care about reviews read this one. My hair has grown 4 inches since the last time I dyed it and my roots are so bad. My blonde is dull. I tell the girl doing my hair that i want my roots to be lightened and I want my blonde to be brighter. She puts about 20% of my hair in foils and tells me she will bleach more when she is washing me out. When drying my hair she complains that I have so much hair. After my hair is dried I see that the half inch difference of blonde she died is now orange. THAT 20% OF HAIR SHE BLEACHED IS NOW ORANGE. So now I STILL have grown out roots and my hair is now orange blonde instead of a dull blonde. NEVER COME HERE. On top of that they made me pay 280. FOR WHAT!? i'm pissed to say the least. read more

This is a large 2- level place. Busy, but tranquil, friendly and clean. I came in for the first time to have my greys covered and previous highlights blended in. IZZY ( bi-lingual English, Spanish) took great care in asking what I was looking for, explaining options in color as well as the process and used advanced techniques ( via his continued education) to tame this curly mane. I haven't gotten my hair cut or colored in over a year (yikes) and only knew what I really didn't want. She was great, patient and took the time to get to know my likes and dislikes, from previous haircuts and colors. My hair looks and feels amazing (wish I had done before and after pictures like she did). As for the Salon itself; it's nice, not too upscale that you feel terrible walking in without being all done up. It's big, 2 stories tall. I came to Di'Anna for a hair cut. She did a great job and during the shampoo and conditioning she gave a head massage, nice touch! If I didn't live so far away I would go to her all the time! Been here twice. First time i left with a burnt mark under my eye-due to getting eyebrows waxed and I guess the wax was to hot. (It looked like someone punched me so I had to cover my face with makeup) . Also during that visit I got my hair cut. It was straight. Laura always does a great job with my hair, as little as I have, and is always happy and funny. The place does seem to get warm in the Summer time, not sure if they have a swamp cooler or a old A/C unit or what. I walked in to D'hair after driving by. I have fine straight hair that had been given a terrible layered haircut that had poor to nonexistent weight lines. I went in with hopes that the layering could be trimmed and minimized. My stylist said she could blend the layers, and neaten things up. My stylist had luscious brown purple inky waves that smoothly cascaded down her back. If her own style was any indication, it looked like she knew how hair has to have flow. I ended up with my side swept long bangs chopped to eyebrow length- they now curl and poof on my forehead in an embarrassing way- and about half of my hair the length of a classic bob. Either my hair shrinks a lot, or she was very aggressive with her shears. I will be thinking a lot about this experience as I slowly and painfully grow out this out. read more
