The person I was speaking with ended up hanging up on me after going silent for a minute or 2. I called back and asked for a supervisor and was put on hold and was hung up on again. So i called back and asked for a supervisor again. This time I was put on hold and after a couple minutes she came back on and said she was connecting me with a supervisor at that moment. With trying to connect me to the supervise we were disconnected. However this supervisor called me right back. She apologized for the disconnection and again after hearing all about what I have been through to get internet installed. Her name is Anna and she did everything she could to help me out. Anna did get my install date moved up even though I do have to take some time off work again. Anna was able to answer all of my questions with no problem. She did have to get off the line for a meeting but did call me back promptly afterwards to confirm that everything was setup and I will have internet installed on the 7/9 in the AM. Anna is a great supervise with great customer service skills. Thank you Anna! I only gave Century Link a 3 star because of you Anna but you are a 5 star in yourself. Now lets hope my install goes as good from here on.

Weeks went by and my equipment was never returned in the system. Unfortunately, don't trust them. Spent a long time on the phone trying to get my old equipment off my account.
