Then said , "ok". I sat for 20 mins and finally went up to the desk to ask how much longer. She said, the person was running late. I asked how late and was told probably around 3 pm. I said why didn't someone tell me when I got there and she said she just found out. She made no attempt to help or find someone else. I said I was leaving and she didn't say anything. Disappointing
