Came here for the first time and had my nails done by Lieu. She was gentle yet extremely fast and really good all at the same time. All I did was show her a picture of what I wanted done and she hit it right on the nail (pun intended). My nails also lasted for 3 weeks up until now as I need a fill. Time to go back! I most definitely would recommend this place, more specifically Lieu. She's great at what she does and everyone there was very friendly. The vibe and energy is great and she's hilarious too. Madelyn was amazing, she was super sweet and great conversations in Spanish :) They had a movie playing in the back and it was very entertaining to say the least. Will def be back again! They had a large selection of gel colors which I was happy to see, I ended up going with a new color "Chalk White" which is supposed to last longer and they charged me $5 extra. I came here based upon Yelp reviews to try out a pedicure. I had Madelyn, she was amazing, she took her time with my feet scrubbed them very well, these days is very unusual. Most nail techs barely scrub your feet, I usually end up leaving thinking I could have done better at home. That was definitely not the case, I would definitely recommend Madelyn. And, she gave me tips to maintain them in between visits, as I'm a flight attendant, and don't always have the time. And, it was a great price $21. read more

I have been to D'Nails twice now. The two ladies that work here are super nice and welcoming. They do a great job, and my nails looked awesome both times I went. They also take extra care when it comes to doing the pedicures. I did not feel rushed and my technician did a very thorough job. One thing that was a little annoying was that my manicure started to chip on day 2. Now I just got a regular manicure, so it wasn't gel or anything, but I definitely expected it to last at least a week. Oh well. read more

I stopped in on my way to my normal nail salon who I've been disappointed with for a while. I was greeted immediately. I picked out my color. The two girls were very nice, funny and I truly enjoyed THEM. The first time I put my feet in the water it was ice cold...to then have to later move to a chair that did have hot water but the massager doesn't work (the chairs are awful and need replacing). Then, I got a gel mani to match. It was Monday afternoon and nothing was really going on in the place..and they were in no rush which was good. My mani was done on Monday and was off by Saturday. Peeled up and bubbled. I wasn't really impressed with how they looked anyway. I KNOW this is under new management and changes will be made in the salon...so give it a chance or wait until these changes happen. The young girl who took over ownership is really sweet...and her employee was also. However, I went for the service...and the result deserves 1 star. I'm not sure I'd go back. read more

Great nail spot. They actually take their time with a pedicure to do it right rather than simply pulling out the cheese grater and messing up your feet. Really disappointed. The worst manicure/pedicure I have had in years. The girls were friendly but the nail tech doing my nails had such messy work. I tipped her generously because it looked okay at first... but as soon as I walked out of the shop I noticed that my nail and toe color were completely different, even though I specifically asked for a matching color. So I walked back in, and she started laughing when I told her. Never apologized or explained what happened and instead of removing and re polishing my toes (as her coworker told her to) she just put another coat on and told me it was "fine" even though I told her it still did not match. I also noticed ridges on the gel polish on my fingers. It's disappointing she doesn't have pride in her work or care about offering a good experience to a customer. If I paid with card I would have disputed the charge but unfortunately I paid cash so that isn't an option. Lesson learned and I will just go to Apogee going forward, where I know I will have a better experience. read more

The sign on the door stated they closed at 7pm. Not good customer service. I asked the tech for a manicure and full set. she did what she wanted to do which was only the full set. My cuticles were really bad which is why i needed the manicure. Yet she over looked my concerns and my horrible cuticles. That alone showed me that she isnt interested in nail care, just making money. Even though some women wear nail tips or hair extensions our natural nails still need to be properly cared for. Not damaged further. She was very careless with the nail drill which resulted in her repetitively cutting me with the drill. I wanted some hair bow jewels on my nails. She dropped and lost it so she attempted to use another bow that did not match the other which was very unprofessional of her because if they were her nails she would not have tried to use two totally different jewels. Also my nails are poorly polished (gel polish btw) there was polish on my fingers and cuticles. My nails are not smoothly shaped so from the sides there are dents in my nails. She did a horrible rushed job. I am amazing when it comes to tipping but i didnt give her a dime extra. I normally tip at least 50% of my nail services however her rushed carelessness got her nothing but a bad yelp review. I put 2 stars because i love the nail polish color and the cute designs. Thats it. Word of advice, listen to your clients requests during consultations and make sure the natural nail is treated and properly handled. read more

My girlfriend and I went into the salon last week and we both had a Mani / Pedi. The price is fantastic. The owner and girls that worked there (Indira and Divina) were VERY friendly! Also, the salon is very clean which is a big plus. My girlfriend had some issues with her big toe nails and Indira went over and above and spent a lot of time to make them come out very nice. I highly recommend this salon. I just moved to the area and will be regular here. read more
