This was one of the worst manicures I've ever gotten. It was lumpy and flared out even though I asked for them to be filed narrow. They were also THICC (like, 2001 soccer mom thick) and streaky. I could tell my tech knew things were not going well about half way through, but she never stopped to ask for help. She couldn't get the dip to stay on my nails (I have no idea why, I get dip every other week at another salon and have never see that). A huge part of the problem was that her drimmel bit was either very old or dirty, and it wouldn't file evenly. I don't know why she didn't change it out. The final straw was when she began putting the matte top coat on top and it was coming out super streaky and bad. This is when she finally had to ask for help...but they were going to let her leave it on? I just asked for them to be removed so I could leave. To Donnas credit, she asked me to let her redo them a few times and no one was hostile to me about it. But I had already wasted 2 hours there and, with this being my first impression, I just didn't trust her to do any better. She even tried to tell me that they were lumpy (I'm talking WAVEY like the ocean) because I got tips on underneath the SNS. I have gotten this exact same thing countless times and never had them turn out wavey. I couldn't take pictures of the original nails because it felt so awkward. I did take pictures of what they had me walk out of the salon with, though. There's glue and SNS powder glued on all over my hands. Literal fragments of the tips are still on my nails. Would you let a customer leave like this? Especially one already upset? Next time my nail salon is booked, I'll just wait instead of taking a chance. read more

I went to this place as per my husband's recommendation. This place only takes appointments so be prepared. I always do my mani powder since college. I noticed that Donna always use powder as base, then top it off with gel polish. Because of (2) different types of nail polish, it only last for a week and a half (tops). I asked her why she do that. She said, and I quote," Don't worry I know what I'm doing and it's better". I finally got tired after a few months and finally found my nail lady. Won't be coming back here as well as my Mom. Donna also refused to do my husband's nails again. Note that he only does regular manicure. He only care about his cuticle and the shape. He brings his own polish so it last longer. Donna said "you don't make me feel good so no more". I guess she doesn't want to do his nails anymore because she lost me and my mom as customers. We tipped her good after every appointment thinking that will take care of us but we eventually got tired of paying and not getting the proper service we need. Bottom line, I don't recommend this place. read more

Not good. A waste of time and money. There is a general lack of experience in the salon. The younger woman in the salon seemed a bit more experienced than the older women. They took too long to do anything and when I asked to leave without polish she apologized that they were so busy. They weren't. I left with a pedicure, no polish and polish removed from my finger nails. Not a good end result for 2.5 hours and $50 spent. read more

New business! Donna is the owner and a very sweet lady. She did a wonderful job with my pedicure, really taking her time to do a nice massage and making sure my toenails looked perfect. The salon is very clean and this was one of those nice rare occasions where she used a brand new set of tools. Donna lined the tub with a plastic liner (very sanitary here!!!). She played nice soothing music and offered to put on the tv. She also was kind enough to offer a beverage (wine, soda, or water). She is offering a special (but only for 3 more days!) where you get 30% off. Donna offers a variety of nail services as well as waxing. Prices were comparable to a lot of local salons. My experience was very pleasant and I hope this business grows! read more

Called beforehand and was seen immediately upon arrival. I wanted the SNS dip powder manicure and got exactly that - and it's perfect! She took her time to clean up my cuticles and shape my nails beautifully! Will be back whenever I am in Orlando read more

The first nail technician took forever on my nails only to leave me sitting in the chair for 10 mins with a cold towel that was originally a hot towel. After the first technician left me, the owner of the shop came to paint my nails in addition she ended cleaning my nails because the first technician slacked cleaning my cuticles. Although they were very sweet, the service was subpar. I wouldn't come back or recommend anyone to go. read more

I feel like I have bounced around for years looking for the perfect salon well now it looks like I'll be driving from Oviedo to get my nails done here. Salon is new and very sanitary (they line their tubs with plastic liners.) And they actually spend the time to make sure you get what you pay for. Will be coming back! read more

Were do I start . I came in around 6:30pm on a Thursday. I'm assuming this is the owner she greeted me very friendly. I let her know I'm waiting on a friend . I took a seat .The woman at the station closest to the door then asked "are you even doing your nails". I replied "yes" But I'm waiting on a friend . The technician proceeded to rush me. Her tone and over all persona was very rude . The same technician proceeded to treat my friend rude as well .My water for my pedicure was cold. He splashed a little water on my exploiting scrub maybe scrubbed my feet for a couple seconds and rinsed. The technician servicing my friend seemed confused about what he was doing.The manger asked if she could do my friends pedicure and she stated " her back won't allow her to do so". Donna is seriously the best. Her salon is super clean and she's so sweet. She is definitely my go to person and my nails look amazing every time. I hope her new salon does well because she is very talented. And trust me I am the most picky person ever when it comes to my nails! read more

I am updating my previous 2 star review because I have since been back to the salon twice. The owner saw my original review stating that I was not happy and offered for me to come in for free to make up for the confusion with my original appt back in Dec. It sounded like it was an honest misunderstanding. She explained what happened from their perspective, I thought I understood even though there is a bit of a language barrier, so I let it go. I did not take her up on the free offer, I did however go back and pay for my nail service. I appreciated just the offer and the apology. She was very sweet and apologetic on the phone and each time I saw her so I didn't think I was being blamed for the original ordeal. Today I went back again and she did a good job but on my way out her husband pointed at me and said hey isn't she the lady who was 7 minutes late and wasn't happy? I said I thought it was more like 5 but in looking back he was correct about it being 7. From what I understood the original confusion had absolutely nothing to do that at all but I guess he wanted to make sure I felt like it was regardless. I didn't think that comment was necessary and that's my reason for 4 stars. Donna is a very nice person, she even made me a coffee after my service today because I was yawning. Her shop and bathroom are both very clean, she has beautiful colors of gel to choose from and she does some pretty nail art. As she starts to get busier she is going to need some new nail techs to help her out, let her know if you know anyone who is looking for a new place to work or booth rent. read more
