Even walking into the shop, no acknowledgment, or welcoming/greeting. We gotta train people for customer service, being attentive, knowing what they are selling and how it can be made. At one point my partner's meal was wrong and when he spoke up about it, instead of them taking it back they decided to gossip about him, in front of his face, in Spanish. Little did they know he spoke and understood fluent Spanish. So he kindly joined in the conversation which shook them and they corrected his order and from there only spoke in English. The food itself is a 3/5 and that's with a ton of salt, pepper and hot sauce. I'd be open to giving this place another chance for lunch to see if it's better with sandwiches.
