DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! IF A BROKER BOOKS THIS COMPANY ABORT AT ALL COSTS! ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES OF MY LIFE! Barbara And Joseph Klein (the owners) are two of the worst humans on this planet. I had no choice in using this company for I foolishly used a broker who booked them. I suppose they hide behind brokers because no sane person would read these reviews and hire them. My wife and I moved from California to Maryland, our pickup date was May 25th, 2021. First red flag was that a rental moving truck pulled up, and two sketchy former inmates (Junior and George) were the movers. I asked about the rental truck. They say they use them because they don't have to pay for weight inspections on highways. Next red flag, even though I was told I could pay the first payment by credit card by the broker and that it says so on the contract I was told that their "credit card system is down". So all of a sudden I have to scramble to find $3,000 dollars. Barbara said I could Zelle it to her over a few days and refused to take a card number. She wanted direct cash. Also the contract they make you sign, you better take photos because they won't give you a copy. And they make you sign the bill of lading blank before they arrive. Then my stuff is now gone and I would not see it again for over a month. I was told to call back in 2-3 days for a final delivery date. Well, I called, no answer, no answer all day. You get an automated text to "text me please". It takes 2 days to get Barbara on the phone and she makes some excuse that the truck broke down so they don't have a date. "Call back next week". This routine would continue for more than a month. Calling with no answer, mailbox is full, NO way to communicate. It was up to chance if she picked up and would give some excuse that the truck is broken or they are waiting for it to arrive from the east coast. I recorded every call because at this point I was becoming livid. I wrote a very long angry email to the broker and Barbara stating they are past the 21 legal days that the DOT states movers have to ship private belongings. Immediately I was given a date, they said the truck would be arriving in a few days. I had to pay cash on arrival or they would not unload. All in all I spent over $7,300 on this move in the end for a 2-bedroom apartment. Oh and they suddenly surprised me with an extra $500 charge a day before arriving since their semi truck couldn't fit on my road, so they had to unload it to smaller U-Haul. What choice did I have? Our stuff came in terrible shape. Furniture was broken and every box looked like it was squished by a ton. Totes had visible footprints on them as well. We also had several items on the truck that weren't ours, we told them they weren't ours and they took them back. Not sure where, or how they'd find their true owners. We are also missing items and still are missing these. Our 55inch 4K TV is missing, one tote with irreplaceable personal items is gone, and a large box that held several hundred Blu-rays and DVD's worth several thousand dollars was missing. It's now August 2nd, and the damage this company has left on me and my wife is irreparable. Their insurance only covers 60 cents per pound of damaged material, not even worth filing a claim for. And nothing is done about missing items. Barbara And Joseph Klein are criminal lowlifes who have no human value and no decency. They are in a business handling people's entire lives and will leave you stressed and broken by the end of your ordeal. DO NOT USE THEM AT ANY COST! Moving cross country in late April, went through a broker who contracted this company for my pickup. They were several hours late, but I attributed that to traffic and did not make a big deal of it. First thing they said when they got inside was that I had way more stuff than the broker quoted me and they would have to send pictures to their boss to get the real price. Price was by cubic footage, so I asked how that could be accurately determined via photograph/video, and they didn't really answer, just saying that their boss had a good eye and whatever she said would be accurate. Of course, she said I had way more than I said on the original estimation, claiming I had 700cuft of belongings coming from a studio apartment. I told her that number could not be accurate, she assured me that the loaders would measure again once everything was on the truck. I was not able to see them measure anything, when I asked they said "there are marks on the inside so we can just know," and then they said their bosses estimate was correct and they would have to charge me just about double the price. Since they already had my stuff loaded and I was on a time crunch, as everybody moving is, I had no real choice but to pay. They had us pay via Zelle, which was very strange and unprofessional, but the only options they gave us were that or cash, even though when discussing with this company (not via the broker) they said they accepted credit card at pickup. From there I was quoted 5-7 days for my belongings to arrive. About 2 days later I tried calling to check on my stuff, they did not answer or call back. Tried again the next day, same issue. Third try later that day and they did not answer, but did text me saying that my stuff wasn't even on the way yet and the 5-7 day estimate was for when they would dispatch a driver, not for arrival. Ended up waiting a total of 13 days for everything, which is not terrible given how long other reviewers had to wait, but is almost twice the higher end of the window. The truck that arrived with my stuff was driven by another moving company, and I was not informed that they subcontracted to another party that I did not personally have a contract with. That company then tried to add more charges again, but ended up backing off. Somewhere along the way they lost a box and destroyed my dresser, each moving company blamed the other and refused to look into it. The second movers stated that my belongings took up 475cuft on their truck, which was a far more accurate measurement and within a reasonable range of the original estimations (400-450). This confirmed that D United mis-measures so they can charge customers more money when it is too late to hire another company. It's been nearly 2 weeks and I haven't heard a peep from the movers. I contacted my original mover and he doesn't respond. The company phone has been disconnected and their website no longer works. I called my broker USA Moving Solutions and they don't answer either. Their voicemail inbox is full and they don't respond to my SMS texts. They respond by one liners via email. I asked the woman Lisa O. if she has a contact number for the movers and she said no. Is this a hoax? Will I ever get my stuff? I feel like such a wreck like I just lost all my things. The guys were nice although my stuff was damaged (boxes squished, punctured) and they asked for an addition $511 for a "shuttle fee" which my broker pointed out on my contract is allowed!! This is crazy!! It's so they can downsize their vehicle so instead of a semi it's a smaller truck. That cost should NOT be my problem! On the surface this company seemed great. The guys who came to pack up our things took great care in wrapping everything up. It was supposed to be delivered within 5-10 days. Even if it was business days we should have received our things, which included a roll top desk built by my husband's uncle. After 2 months the company finally delivered our things. We are heartbroken that they seemed to have misplaced part of the desk, 3 boxes of items including the pump for the sleep number bed and an ottoman. As you might guess we're not happy. DO NOT HIRE We used this company in a pinch in March 2022 to move from CA to OH and it was awful. The two man crew showed up to our house with a truck that looked like an unmarked moving truck. They told us that we X amount of space that we had already paid for and would tell us when we came close to our cap so if needed to purchase more space we could. Well, we didn't even have our big furniture like our beds, couch, or TVs on the truck by the time they were telling us that they were hitting our space cap. My husband looked in the truck, and they weren't even stacking boxes or anything up, so the space they were using wasn't even being used to its full potential. My husband pointed it out several times and asked them if they were going to stack higher so we could get full usage out of our allotted space. They said yes, but they never did. So, we purchased more space. We purchased more space THREE times. Despite purchasing all this extra space, we were still shorted a section on the truck, AND nothing was stacked. So there was about half of the truck that wasn't even being used!! We left behind SO many things, it wasn't even funny. There were shelves in the garage that we left (that could have been used to stack); misc. boxes that we were going through deciding what we could leave behind because, you guessed it, there wasn't enough space. But remember... half the truck wasn't even being used because they weren't stacking anything. It came to the point that the guys were just setting stuff on the truck in haphazard ways. They weren't putting inventory stickers on anything while they were loading. They weren't filling out the inventory sheets while they were loading. We overheard one of the guys saying that they needed to hurry up because he wanted to drive to LA to go see his daughter by a certain time. I understand that. I have kids. But, he was scheduled to do a job, was doing a pretty shoddy job. Before they drove off, the inventory sheets were STILL not filled out, but they needed to hurry up. We were in a rush also, so it didn't hit me until later that I was signing something that wasn't fully filled out. Before we left, I asked for a copy of the contract and inventory lists, and I was told I couldn't have a copy of it. (WHAT?!) He said I could call Barbara and get a copy emailed in the next couple of days. Okay, fine. We took a brief inventory of the things that were left behind before we started driving our 3 day journey. I kept calling and texting asking for a copy of the contract. I never got it. I literally never even saw it until the truck drove up to deliver my stuff. That was interesting. There was supposed to be a 4 man crew unloading the truck. I asked the driver if he wanted me to look at the stuff and tell them the rooms for everything, or stick a label on the rooms. The driver told me that it was extra for them to take the stuff inside the house. Everything needed to be just dropped off in the garage. Seriously? I told him I had never heard of that, and this was my 4th cross country move. The driver started arguing with the guys who were unloading the truck, telling them that they needed to just leave everything in the garage. Three of the guys were local, one of the guys came with the driver. The guy that came with the driver stayed in the truck and didn't help at all. The driver walked around on his cell phone the whole time, arguing with the local guys about them bringing my belongings in to the house and telling them to hurry up. The local guys told the driver that they weren't going to leave me stranded with all the heavy boxes and furniture dumped in the garage. The driver came inside at one point and told me that I was only allowed 3 or 4 hours I think for them to unload, and because they didn't start right away at 8am, then my time was cut short. I told the driver that I was home, I was ready for them, and he sat outside in front of my house for an hour. So it wasn't my fault, and he needed to finish up the job and not cut my time short. I asked about how he wanted to do the inventory count, and he got extremely annoyed with me. His entire attitude and demeanor changed as soon as I brought up inventory counts and checking the numbers on the tags. The driver gave me the paperwork, and it was the worst inventory counts I'd ever seen. I didn't know how I was supposed to ensure that my things had made it with the general way that things had been written down. The whole time I was trying to count, the driver was following me, close behind me, breathing down my neck, trying to hurry me along. He kept telling me that all the things were there, why did I need to count right now, I was holding him up, I could count later, there was a way for me to make claims, I needed to hurry up, if I kept them over their time then I'd be charged for extra time, etc etc. I finally said that it looked like everything on the inventory sheet was there, but what did I need to do about the things that w read more

Be AWARE, if you use a broker (I used All Mighty Relocation Services, not knowing they were an outsourcing broker), you WILL be charged more than originally quoted, there's really NO WAY around it! These guys make the rules, and if your back is against the wall to get your stuff moved, you have to pay their extra fees! They are very condescending and their movers are not careful with your stuff. They broke at least one box before loading it on the van and almost left multiple items in the parking lot. ( I watched my pots and pans roll around on the asphalt and I have high quality cookware. Every box had damage, were crushed, had holes, by the time they arrived-even the boxes clearly marked "Fragile." These guys showed up a day late for pick up. I had just had surgery and was trying to get out of an abusive situation, so I had no choice but to follow through with this epic fail of a move. I had been told by the broker (Again, still not aware that it had been outsourced to another company) that I was working with 350 cubic feet of space. This was all after confusion about boxes and sizes. The original quote included a ten foot kayak, a deep freezer, a shelving uni, a few other bulky items and 50 boxes. I was told that if I exceeded the 350 cubic feet, I was looking at around an extra $500 per additional 100 cubic feet. (Two of us heard this estimate straight from the broker's mouth.) When I noticed that I had exceeded the 350, we taped off 450 cubic feet and attempted to keep it within that space. We very successfully kept it within the 450 cubic feet, if fact we were well below that mark. When they finally arrived (again, LATE), They took a picture and sent it along to their people to get a "Final Fee." Needless to say I went a little bonkers when they came back with a final fee that was nearly $2000 MORE THAN QUOTED!!! FROM A PICTURE!!!???? They said the Kayak was a problem, that the kayak was what jacked the price up. THE KAYAK WAS ON THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE, DO THEY NOT KNOW WHAT A KAYAK LOOKS LIKE??? They also required the $2000 payment up front before even loading the truck. I call All Mighty Relocation Services and cry to them about this extreme jacked up price and they offered no relief (This is when I realized that they weren't actually the movers, just brokers.) I put them on the phone with the mover and I over heard him laughing with them about how they had never had anyone question their methods (Mover had already told me that I had no idea what the cubic feet in a truck is and that I didn't know what I was talking about). After loading the truck, we were told that my stuff would be delivered within 8 to 10 days. My mom and I left Oregon 2 days after pick up and arrived in Louisiana 8 days later. My stuff had still not arrived. I gave them another week and called to inquire. I was told that my stuff wouldn't be picked up for another 5 days. I was confused by this because I watched them pick up my stuff. Thats when I was told that it didn't work that way. My stuff was taken to a storage unit, where it was MIXED IN AND STORED with other people's stuff! (Keep in mind, I don't know these other people, they could be filthy people with things crawling around their stuff, I have no idea what my stuff was mixed in with. My skin crawls just thinking about it.) I had to just wait it out. My things arrived a week and a half later. It was delivered by a Solo mover. ONE MAN, was tasked with delivering multiple orders to multiple locations. My Bed base requires at least two people!!! I will say, Ronald Story was a champ and the only Good thing about this move. He refused help from my parents (I am still recovering from surgery), but my dad forced him to let them help move the bed. He was very nice and gracious as he checked off boxes on the list. It was then that we were told that everyone stuff was mixed up on the truck and that the only way to tell whose stuff belonged to whom was by these tiny stickers that they put on everything. I did wind up with a box that belonged to someone else, kind of wish I knew who the other people were so I could send them their stuff and inquire about what they may have gotten out of mine. I am in transition right now, so I don't really know yet if I received everything they left with. This was an awful experience and I am still sad and sore over the whole ordeal. They will not refund anything. There are several things missing and broken. The tool boxes that were wrapped up were then unwrapped and many tools were stolen. It was the most stressful several months of dealing with them and the company that brokered them to us (which we were not told would happen). My 87 year old grandfather went months with nothing more than the clothes on his back and then when his belongings finally show up, so much of it is missing. Sadly I'm extremely unhappy with this moving company. They moved a family dinning room set and 8 chairs from Tucson to Atlanta. There were two major problems. First, two of the table leaves did not arrive. It took a few weeks for them to be tracked down, and then we had to drive out to a highway exit to meet up with the truck at about 2:00 in the morning to obtain the leaves since the driver was on a schedule and couldn't take the time to drive directly to our address. Second...and the biggest issue...was two of the chairs were crushed. Somehow several of the legs were actually snapped into multiple pieces. I can't even imagine the force it took to break these chairs up like this. To add insult to injury, someone from the company tried to repair one of the chairs by slopping some sort of glue on one of the breaks and then "clamping" it in place with moving tape. The glue obviously didn't hold and caused more damage by filling in the wood with the glue making it much harder to do a proper repair and leaving adhesive on the finish. We were unwise and didn't buy moving insurance, so there was a minimal $90 offered for the damage; however, the damage was clearly due to gross negligence which goes beyond any "standard" moving damage offered. In addition, there was an additional cost to complete the repairs due to the negligence of a moving employee who tried to do the repair themselves. We sent certified letters to the moving company and the moving broker requesting a reasonable response to help us with the financial burden of the repairs. The truly insulting part of this is there was no response. NONE! They just ignored the request. As such, we just can't provide any sort of positive review. If the company worked with us in any way at all. If they offered to pay for half of the repair, or offered to help us to find a repair facility, or even sent back a sincere apology for the horrible mistake they made by the sloppy repair attempt I wouldn't be as upset....but there was NOTHING they offered in response to our requests. As such, NEVER NEVER NEVER use this company. They will NOT work with you if there are damages. read more

They were going to charge us additional fees for the truck not being cleared to enter the security gates. My son and my 4 grandson's ranging from 11-16 had to help unload, then load into his small truck, unload to the house making multiple trips from the entrance of the base to the house. The charged me for a fully packed 26' truck but delivered everything (I think!) in half of a 26' truck (2 other loads were in the delivery truck headed for another location). They damaged several pieces of furniture, boxes were damaged and even popped open so things were missing. Overcharged us and then lost half our stuff. Driver told us their warehouse was a disaster. These people should not be in business.

BBB rating is an F. Their website falsely advertises that they take credit cards. Falsely advertising satisfaction is guaranteed. I can guarantee you will find Barbara very unprofessional and will contradict herself within the same sentence. We are still waiting for our stuff (35 days!) no word or response from them or from the broker used. Barbara refused to give me CEO's phone number saying she did not have it, and he never comes to the office. (Her husband I think) Our story is like the other negative reviews. Week after week we were told truck will leave Thurs, we will call you Wed. No phone call, or some excuse for another weeks delay. We stopped calling. Contacted broker, who is no help! Barbara lies to them also! We were told by them for sure truck would arrive Friday. Waited... Friday 4pm dispatcher called to say mover's gave all the drivers the weekend off (Labor Day). The weekend is Sat, this was Fri. the holiday is Monday and driver was to have started driving Wed. or Thurs. My mom who is 70 yrs old, suffers from extreme back pain had to get an air mattress to sleep on for 3 weeks until her bed arrived, weeks after stated delivery date! When a truck did arrive, we were confronted with an increase in price of what equals to be another half of an apartment! Hahah so not funny. I requested info justifying the increase in price and the detailed list of items which were loaded 7 days after my mom left the premises due to the fact- as mentioned in other reviews: the drivers arrived late, with an already half full truck finishing about 11pm, "tired and hungry" they said, and could not finish loading the truck. Barbara's response to the list of items: "I'll send that right over, and then in the same sentence said she she is not in the office and can't do it. To be done w all of this bs we pay the cash, as requested only to find it's pretty much my moms bed, small dresser and some boxes. At that point Barbara said she has (suddenly?) located the rest of my mom's things and will send them out on the next truck (3 wks ago). While we wait, we are filing every complaint with every agency possible and have requested who their arbitrary program is with. No response! This company needs to be put out of business. The advantage taken of my mom, the stress and financial burden put on my mom who is handicapped, retired and on a fixed income is disgraceful! read more

WARNING - Do NOT under any circumstances use this company. They are the most unprofessional company I have ever had the displeasure to work with. Barbara who is the face of the company is an outright liar of the highest degree. Without going into all the details just high level below to give a little color of what to expect from the famous Barbara and D United Logistics. 3 failed pick up scheduled days and times. 6 different confirmed delivery days where I took the day off work to be home all failed with no contact to let me know they were not coming or even a reason why they didn't attend. They lost my stuff for over a week and tried to deliver someone else's furniture to me. They couldn't provide me with an inventory list after weeks of asking or any paperwork to confirm collection as they left without getting signatures or leaving documentation. Later after finding my furniture they tried to double the move quotation  as they claimed it was taking more space than originally quoted. When they finally arrived 3 weeks after the original delivery date after 6 missed delivery dates they showed up at 9pm at night with one driver. No possible way to get my furniture even off the truck let alone into its location as per the agreement. The driver then refused to open the truck until I paid in CASH the remaining balance. The agreement they tried to make us sign was negating any legal action against them. Also the total was incorrect according to the original agreement and they were trying to add in fuel surcharges which again was included in the original price quoted. Then when he finally opened the truck everything inside was completely ruined. A 12k couch ripped and had black marks all over it. A custom wooden bench completely scratched and a desk with a leg missing. Then I had to help with all the lifting which is what I paid extra for to make sure I didn't have to handle this. Finally at 12am everything was inside and the walls were marked and the staircase was ruined. After calling the famous Barbara she told me it was what I deserved. She is an awful person and I urge you all to look at this company's reviews before ever using them. read more

There should be an option for zero stars. This was the worst experience I have ever dealt with in my entire life. This company is ran by the most unorganized people who are scammers out to take a family's money and personal assets. They are in contract with Tierney Van lines (Broker - https://tierneyvanlines.com who bamboozled me. Tierney NEVER mentioned this would be the company shipping my things and I didn't find out until Day of, this is who they contracted. They told me it would be another shipper that had 5 star reviews). Day of move DUL called and said that they would be at my house between 9 to 11:00 a.m. to get started. Several hours passed and no one showed up. I had to call them back several times. The movers did not arrive until 6:00 p.m. that evening (i had a flight to catch that next morning! They showed up in a 15' budget truck and scrambled around my city to find another uhual because I had a 3 bdrm house. Movers were inexperienced 20 year old's who smoked weed on the job. Majority of my 3bd room place was already boxed up and in plastic totes yet it took the movers 9 hours to wrap furniture and get it on to their little trucks . Items were wrapped in that plastic cellophane with no padding to protect it. Many items had to be left (flat screen Tv's, computer desk, chairs, lamps, and very large area floor rugs). When they arrived at my new home in Texas, 7 days later I was told that I needed to pay an additional $4000 to get my furniture VIA pay pal or cash. When they were done unloading the truck we realized that 70% of our personal belongings are missing and the opened every box and stole items. There were also things from other families in my house! When calling Barbara Klein the owner she just said "oh I will find another truck and send you the rest of your stuff" My furniture was damaged and ruined and DUL and Tierney refuses to take responsibility for it! I am still missing 2 beds, two 50" TV's, Chairs, etc.! Tierney Van Lines is the broker. Do not use either company. They will set you up with D United Logistics who will steal and damage your belongings!! It's been for months and I have never received the rest of my belongings. read more

They are scam artists. They quote you one thing - and then on moving day they say the quote was wrong and up the price (by thousands). And then when they deliver, they hold your stuff hostage and say that you owe EVEN MORE! Barbara (the owner- don't let her tell you otherwise) is evil. Every word out of her is a lie. They have multiple complaints at the Better Business Bureau. They have the worst reviews on every platform. Under no circumstance use this company.
