Instead I signed up for three personal training sessions a week. That was three years ago. I've lost 15 pounds and kept it off. I absolutely love coming to this gym. John is an amazing trainer. When I injured myself (from wearing too high of heels, not from working out), he modified my workouts to accommodate me. The gym itself is always clean, and there is an abundance of equipment. Whatever your fitness goals are, Full Spectrum is the place to get them done.

This workout increases overall athleticism is how I would put it. Some instructors are quieter/focused and some are high energy/fun. Not sure if done that way on purpose but I like both. Instructors will push you but when I feel like I'm gonna die I can tell they put a watchful eye on me to make sure I don't fall out. It's worth the money in my opinion and only knock is their wifi bombed couple times so had to do the workouts without visual aid, but that seems fixed. They also have 1 week trial I used before deciding to join, which I did.

There is no longer consistency between classes. You may feel like you gotten a really good workout one day to go back the next and be completely let down. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the gym and just how well kept the equipment is. This gym is way nicer than my home town gym and I wish they made AF gym owners visit other locations like this one as a example of how a gym should be operated and maintained. I also loved their drink vending machine. You can get a nice ice cold beverage with the tap of your phone. My only complaint about this location is that their free Wi-Fi is really slow. Other than that I absolutely love this location and I will be back when I'm in town for business again.
