Then the front desk told me they charge their members a late fee as well.I am a member and I pay 80 dollars a month. This was my first time late ever. I already pay $80 a month, then you deny my entry to a class I pay for a booked already and then wanted to charge a late fee on top of that. Also, after cancellation of my membership the front desk then told me I would still be charge one more time for next month. Their customer service is horrible. Their goal is to not help you improve, but to get every dollar from you possible. The trainers are nice and that's about the only good thing at this place.

My appointment was supposed to be for 4/4/23 at 6:15 am. I checked my Amex Platinum account this afternoon and saw that they charged me $28. I called to see why I had been billed, and they said because I didn't cancel which was an absolute lie. The person that was working in the evening of April 3 did not do their job. This place needs to do a little bit better at training and customer service. The young lady that I spoke to today so that there's nothing that she could do. Orange Theory is known for this as I have many friends who are or have been members. I would try another location. I will take my business back to the Aliana location.

If you do just show up for a class (that you've already paid for) without a reservation, you will be charged. Forget your water? Amy has water there. But you will be charged. Secondly the membership continued for 1 & 1/2 year without us knowing and they deducting $$ from credit card. Obviously we did not attend any class. When we were reconciling credit cards we found the charges and approached OTF, they treated us like a shit, like our manager will call you bla blah and after even visiting the location to address this they did not resolve and still billed us for next month too! we had to cancel the credit card. what a JOKE!!
