Ashli did such an amazing job with my eyebrows. My eyebrows prior to getting micro bladed were very full. I communicated to her that I just wanted my bald spots filled in (mostly in the arches due to over plucking). She shaped out my brows and literally brought out a caliper to ensure they were even. After seeing them shaped, my concern with the shape was the length of the tails. I thought they were too long so she shortened them up for me and that's when we got to the blading. I must add she was VERY meticulous about having a clean work space. She worked quickly. The numbing cream did begin to wear off toward the end of the first bypass, which is understandable but she was so apologetic. It wasn't excruciating pain or anything, you could just feel it as opposed to i'm the beginning I didn't feel a thing. Wasn't painful, but you could tell work was being done. She does a second go through after applying numbing cream again to catch anything she might have missed. I am so so happy with my eyebrows. Thank you so much Ashli! You're so talented! read more

Love my brows! I have naturally sparse, blonde eyebrows and wanted to something lower maintenance than having to draw my brows on everyday. Found this place on Groupon and made a appointment with her, drove 40 minutes to the location to do my eyelashes to find out it was closed. Did advise her I was running a few min late less then the 15 min slot she has on her website. Got to the place at 8:11 am and called her at 8:15 am as stamped on my phone calls no response.I kept making sure I was at the right place and looked around made sure and it was closed. Texted her after that at 8:17 am patiently waited for a respond.. kept calling her after that and she FINALLY answered at 8:20 am to only find out she sent me to the WRONG location (not studio, her apartment) I told her how far the location from where she sent me and she said 10-15 minutes away but wouldn't take me because by the time I would get there she wouldnt have time for me because she had another appointment scheduled at 12 and it will overlap her other client.
