By the time we decided to eat our food I noticed there wasn't any pork in my order just noodles & vegetables. At this time they were closed so I decided to call when they opened for business today (June 21). There was a man who answered the phone and explained my issue. I was placed on hold until a woman came on the line. She asked what was wrong with my order. I repeated myself and explained to Her. I asked what would happen next because I needed to be compensated, not even with money I merely was asking for another order since mine was not correct. The woman told Me if I ordered & paid again she'd give me more pork. I told Her I was not going to do that. I explained to her we order often and I've never had any issues and the one time I do no fault of mine this is how I'm treated. I want what I paid for. She's going back & forth with Me telling Me other ppl try to get free food, I told Her I was not other ppl I'm a regular customer. She tells me ok I'll make you a new one I said ok my Husband will be there to pick it up. About 2 minutes later she called Me back and told Me her manager said She cannot make me another order unless I bring the order back from yesterday so they can inspect it to see if there was pork inside or not. I was blown away. I've never heard of such in my life. I told Her I absolutely would not do that. I advised her to check all of our previous orders and we've had no issues until now so why would I call telling a lie about some pork. She said that's the only way I could get new food. I told her we'd never bring some food back to be inspected. I then told Her we will never order from them again and I'd be leaving a review on every platform I could.
