I've been to the other Da Vien locations in OC and I'm so happy they finally decided to open one in the South bay. Really yummy drinks and kind workers who get your drinks out quickly. My favorite is the ube matcha (50% sweetness), with a strong matcha flavor and a creamy ube foam that perfectly complements the matcha. As someone who's never had matcha with coconut water, I found the coconut matcha to be surprisingly very refreshing and great for a summer day. I haven't tried much of their coffee yet, but the latte with strawberry cream was delicious. Just be mindful that their drinks are quite sweet by default so I'd suggest ordering 50% sweetness. There are plenty of tables with outlets nearby and there were many people studying and getting work done. It's a beautiful area to hang out and catch up with friends or be productive in. I also do appreciate the convenience of being able to mobile order when I am in a rush and they bag your drinks up for you nicely.

Went this last Sunday around 2pmish after seeing "The Furious " the best martial arts film that has come out in over 5 years. The girl was very nice and patient since this all new to us. Got the marble drip which was described as Vietnamese coffee but not as strong with a sweet cream. I was sold and I would get it again. My friend got the egg cream latte which was very dark and strong she wasn't a fan so of course I had to switch with her. Anyways will be stopping by again if im in the area.

I've tried Da Vien in OC and LB before so I was thrilled to hear they were opening a location in Gardena. The coffee shop is located in a small strip mall in next to Baskin Robbins and by the Panda Express. The parking lot can get a little congested but it's worth it. There is a small seating area next to the counter where you order. It can be a little bit on the louder side so if you're going there to study or read, you'll probably want headphones. Da Vien has an app you can order from or a kiosk/tablet, and of course you can order at the counter. I've had the banana matcha and the einspanner latte and both are incredible. If you love banana, the banana matcha has a very nice flavor and doesn't taste artificial at all. The einspanner latte had a tasty cream top that is just too good. Another plus is that you can customize the sweetness and ice level on some drinks. I can't wait to try more of their menu!

TY DA VIEN FOR COMING TO THE SOUTH BAY!! I'm so happy with my experience and coffee here. Lots of parking. Indoor seating is really nice and a few outlets along the wall. Great WiFi, I was able to get some work done. Noise level was good coffee house chatter/music/vibe. Now the coffee! Absolutely so good. The staff are so friendly and nice and helped me figure out what to order (because I simply wanted to try everything). But they told me which drinks had stronger coffee levels and told me the marble drip is less which I wanted. Vietnamese coffee tends to be very strong so keep that in mind. Lots of ice in the drink which is a big plus for me. I am so excited to come back and try more!

I am forever changed after having this ube cream coffee. Ordered on the app and it was an easy and fast pick up. Also got the ham and egg croissant and it was delicious! Can't wait to come back on a Monday when they have the drink and sandwich deal. Take my money, Da Vien!

Second time coming here this week and I love it. Service is friendly and very fast! Tons of space to study and plenty of parking. Coffee here is good but on the sweeter side so I've been getting it 50% sweet. Both the ube and egg cream coffee I would recommend. Looking forward to trying the rest!

I've been three times since it opened cause it's close. The drinks are good, they are on the sweet side so just something to be aware of. Vietnamese coffee has more caffeine content than most so also something to be aware of. Ambiance is good, it's new so it's fairly clean and modern. I wouldn't say the service is slow nor am complaining cause I guess they are new and a lot of people have been trying it so I understand the wait. I do however think it's quite dumb to not have your caffeine /sugar content listed. When I asked the employees they couldn't tell me which has more or less caffeine / sugar. Maybe the employee was new or just didn't care but she seemed annoyed than I even bothered to ask. And regardless she didn't even know.

I stopped by on a Sunday morning and it was a good amount of people there. As I stood in line I noticed the line started to get longer and longer. There were so many drinks on the counter and they were constantly calling names. They were doing a good job of getting the orders out. I ordered the banana matcha and it was ok, when I go back I am going to try the Vietnamese coffee since it is a Vietnamese shop. My daughter had the marble drip, she said that she liked it. We also shared a ham and cheese croissant which, it tasted exactly like what it was LOL meaning nothing special but exactly what you would expect from a coffee shop. You can order to go or enjoy your drink and food at one of the tables inside. There's a parking lot shared with other businesses so it was pretty crowded but cars are constantly leaving, so finding a spot may not be too hard.

Their matcha coconut is my favorite and their cold brews are also yummy. The service is pretty quick here and there's always an online order for pick up option. Parking can be tricky but try your luck! There's always a line from Panda Express which can block the entrance. Overall, this is a good coffee shop

Da Vien is a new coffee shop located in the In N Out Plaza! So excited that a new location popped up here. I ordered a cafe latte & added strawberry foam for $1. Their cafe latte is a shot of espresso with milk rather than their straight viet coffee. I liked the flavor of the strawberry mixed with it. It added some sweetness to the not so sweet cafe latte. My friend got the banana matcha latte which was pretty good quality! I'm not sure I would order my drink again, but would definitely try something else here.

Earlier this week, the app had a BOGO deal on the banana latte. I stared at my phone and thought, "But...why?" ...well "why not" should be my answer from now on because why am I now craving banana pudding?! I had every intention of taking a cute coffee photo, but one sip turned into several, and by the time I remembered Yelp existed, half the drink was gone. The banana foam topping is there without punching you in the face, and it somehow works ridiculously well with the coffee. Also, download the app before you go. The deals alone might convince you to try something you'd normally scroll right past. That's how I ended up with the banana latte, and now I'm the one telling other people to order it. We tried to go on grand opening day, but unfortunately had a time-sensitive morning and couldn't commit to the line. And wow, there was a line. It wrapped around the parking lot and was giving In-N-Out a run for its money. Around here, In-N-Out is usually THE line, so that should say something.

I love Da Vien so much. So happy they finally added a location in South Bay. Parking is gonna be terrible because its in the same parking lot as an In N Out, but it's worth it. Decent sized location, an okay amount of tables. Service was quick and friendly even for a busy soft open. I got my usual, Marble Coffee w/ Banana Cream. It always hits, they never miss. Will always come back
