I only stopped by the Isabella Museum and Northeastern University, but unexpectedly, I had the best ice cream I've had since arriving in the U.S. "Gelato Cheaper than Therapy"--truly an apt description. My previous favorite was Amorino, but I think this place is a step above. The texture of the ice cream was superb--exquisitely smooth and creamy, yet not as sticky as Amorino. Coconut: Coconut ice cream in the U.S. is always legendary, but this was the pinnacle of the legendary. The aroma of coconut and milk was the richest I've ever tasted, and it felt very natural, with just the right amount of sweetness. Naked Yogurt: Similar in design to Amorino's Yogurt & 0% Fat Yogurt, both were pure, rich, and unsweetened yogurt, but this one had a more intense milky flavor. Espresso Mascarpone: The signature flavor. The bittersweet aroma of espresso was distinct yet mellow, but the presence of mascarpone cheese is limited. Very refreshing. Other flavors: Pistachio had a rich pistachio flavor and was a safe choice; Tiramisu and Dulce de Leche were both a bit too sweet. From this perspective, Amorino seems to offer a more well-rounded experience, but I still prefer the surprising quality of this place. The sorbets were all decorated with fruit, making them especially beautiful. If you try too many samples, the staff might get a little annoyed. I was reminded after trying the fourth flavor, so I reluctantly stopped. read more

I love, love, love this place. There is so much to try here. The gelato is amazing amd the protions are generous. Try one scoop because it will be plenty! I tried the Biscoff and espresso flavors and the Biscoff was my favorite of the two. We also got the tiramisu waffle and although it was in the description that espresso is drizzled on it, I wasn't fully expecting a soggy, somewhat bitter waffle. Waffle was also a bit expensive for what you get and it's served on a paper plate. For now, would probably stick to gelato here! read more

The affogato was also solid, with a nice balance of sweetness and coffee. The passionfruit didn't really pop for me, but it was still refreshing.
