I have been to many auto auctions and worked with a good friend who owned an auto auction company in the Mid-West. When I was young and new to the game, he would have me bidding against the Coke machine and I never knew it!!! That's what auctioneers need to do. Not everything should sell to the highest bidder that day! Maybe there was not enough interest in the car to sell it or should I say give it away. Taxes and Fees are at every auction!!! Why complain? It is YOUR responsibility to READ the terms! They announce it. I have to listen to 15 min of explaining the terms EVERY time I go! I go a lot! I buy a lot! I sell a lot of cars that needed some work.
