I bought a 2016 Lincoln MKX from this dealership in February 2025 for over $7,000+, and it has been…read morea nightmare. Before buying, I explicitly told them I wanted to make sure they were trustworthy because dealerships can be sneaky. They looked me in the eye and assured me I could trust them. Trusting their integrity was a massive mistake. The vehicle is a rebuilt title, and they failed to disclose a long list of issues, telling me only what I wanted to hear. Just one week after the purchase, I drove it through a car wash, and the electrical and mechanical issues started instantly: the steering wheel hardened up, and the ABS light began randomly flashing on. When I reached out, they gave me a ridiculous excuse, claiming the hardening steering wheel was just a "luxury setting" unique to Lincolns. They then convinced me to pay over $500+ to replace the tire sensors at their shop. While doing that, they claimed I suddenly needed a brand new battery too. Mind you, they had *just* sold me this car and clearly did zero inspection or reconditioning before handing it over to make it worth the price tag. Every time I had an issue, they beat around the bush. I complained that the A/C was blowing hot air, which meant driving an hour out to Kent each time. After "looking at it," they claimed the entire A/C system was shot and demanded an extra $2,000+ to fix it. At that point, I knew I was being scammed and stopped going back. The truth? I went for a standard oil change elsewhere and found out the engine air filter was completely worn out. Worse, I checked the cabin A/C filter myself--it looked like it hadn't been changed in ages and smelled absolutely disgusting. I bought a simple $8 cabin filter on Amazon, and it fixed the A/C issue completely. They were ready to charge me $2,000 for an issue that required an $8 filter. To this day, the ABS light still comes on every single time I drive over a bump or a hill, and the brakes make a horrible grinding noise. I actually considered buying a second vehicle from them initially, but never again. Stay far away from this place--they lack transparency, sell vehicles with major hidden issues, and will try to squeeze you for thousands in unnecessary repairs after the sale.

We (Phil Simmons) bought a 1996 Ford F250 4x4 for $4500.00 not including taxes, fees, etc. I think…read morethe total came to somewhere around $5200.00. When we got the truck home, we took it to a local car shop to have it thoroughly checked out. The shocks were shot, and all the fluids were as bad as bad can get. New shocks and all the fluids being replaced plus a general checkup on the truck costs us around $1600.00. We were told by a mechanic at Car Guys that the shocks were fine even though they were all rusted on the outside. What I'm trying to say is that one needs to make sure the vehicle you're interested in buying is thoroughly checked out before you buy. There are no warranties at Car Guys so once you sign all the paperwork and drive off the lot, you're on your own. One thought is bringing a mechanic if you're not a mechanic or take the car/truck to a mechanic while out test driving. Eddie was a very nice person and likeable. Cory seemed nice but was very busy. The cars and trucks are used and most likely picked up at auctions or trades. We learned our lesson because we did not have the truck fully checked out before we bought it. Would we buy from them again? Yes, but we would have the vehicle thoroughly checked out first. Prices seemed pretty good for cars and trucks at Car Guys. Again, check the car/truck out thoroughly before you buy.

I ended up having to drive back up to Kent a week later to get it from him because he "forgot". When I got there to get the title we were informed that the original owner of the camper had sense passed. Cory had yet to put the camper in my name. So here I am, I paid him for the titling fee and now we have to figure out how to go about actually getting it in our names, 6 MONTHS AFTER WE BOUGHT THE CAMPER!!!!!!
