They have broken my blinds, my pull out faucets (by pulling the cords too hard), veneer covers on my kitchen table with abrasive chemicals, veneer cover on my bed by breaking it off while changing sheets, broken my vanity shield on my desk by hitting it with the vacuum, chipped my brand new bathroom countertops, scratched dresser drawers and more. I had to put up with him because my wife is fighting double breast cancer with dual mastectomies and I am busy at work and she can't help or supervise the cleaners. She discovers the damage after they leave. Stenio denies and never helps or fixes. He just continues to charge premium prices to have cleaners that aren't even his employees come out to do a surface clean and cause damage and cover it up. He is not responding to me. He has blocked my number after I sent him the video of the broken vanity shield on my desk. I wish I could get him to pay for my repairs or to at least not continue harming other people. This guy is the worst. His company is the worst. Hire a cleaning service run by the owner so that at least they have skin in the game to not damage your stuff. It's not fair because I did a full remodel last year and the entire inside of my house is new. All my furniture is new. His people are just coming in to destroy everything I paid for. *I forgot to mention - scratched stainless steel new stove with some type of abrasive brush or something. My wife knows even more bad things they have done.

Their various teams have consistently done excellent work. They arrive on time and bring all the supplies and equipment they need. With a recent visit, I was astounded by how clean the floors, countertops, and bathrooms turned out. They were also surprisingly thorough in also cleaning outdoor spaces, appliance interiors, doors, light fixtures, and other nooks and crannies that it never would have occurred to me to request they cover. Every M&M colleague is friendly and pleasant. They are a true joy to have in our home, and we are grateful for all they do. I look forward to working with them again whenever we have cleaning needs.

The cost ended up being the $450. Three cleaners came. Two handled the bathrooms and one handled the kitchen. The ones who cleaned the bathroom did a great job. However, the bathroom smelled deep of chemicals afterwards. The one who cleaned the kitchen did not do a good job. The inside of the fridge (which was requested) was not done at all. The counter were wiped down but were not clean at all. The cleaner did do a decent job on the stove though. They also arrived early, which most of the time would not be an issue. However, I wasn't able to sequester my cats before they arrived, and they freaked my cats out. The heavy chemical smell did not help them. Unfortunately, I don't think I will hire their services for a deep clean of my kitchen again. I may decide to give them another chance when I need a deep clean of the bathrooms.

Booking process online was seamless and I appreciated being able to add-on services like oven cleaning. They arrived within 10 minutes of the arrival window ready to go. I told them they could more or less ignore the furniture and focus on the apartment itself. They were very kind the whole way through. They were extremely thorough, even getting to places previous cleaners did not like under the bed. They nicely packed items thrown around in bags for me to sort through which I really appreciate. When finished with each area they asked if I wanted to check the area first for anything missed, another thing I appreciated. They offered to take out trash bags at the end but I told them they did enough and sent them on their way :) They are definitely worth booking and are extremely thorough! I will likely book again the next time I require a deep cleaning.

I didn't wanna stress about it so I just let their business number know, had to send them a lot of photos for all the areas missed and they came back. (The same team with their Lead to oversee the service) They did much better but disappointingly still missed few areas so I had to clean it myself. I find their charges a little expensive tho it is a little cheaper than others. It's a 2.5 stars

Coming back later, after new paint and new flooring, where all there was to clean was windows (for additional $60), kitchen cabinets, and the bathroom I'm not happy. The good: The bathroom looks great. Better than expected. Windows: Acceptable, Obviously a lot of cleaning was done on the frames, but I'll bring back a hand vac for the stuff that was pushed into the corners of the tracks, instead of cleaned out... similar to the kitchen drawers... Kitchen: waste of $$. Counter tops and sink were cleaned previously and were still fine; just needed to be wiped off. Insides of oven (which was rarely, if ever, used) and fridge were fine. Cleaning the fridge did require some work (though that work might have been done on the first visit) Cabinets and drawers were a waste of money. Having seen what they were like before, the team obviously at least wiped them all out with a dry rag, but I think that's all. Drawers: one sample pic posted. Sticky area, which easily wiped clean with a wet paper towel, doesn't show well in the photo. The corners are full of loose debris instead of cleaned out. Cabinets: similar to drawers, with debri and stickiness. One especially egregious oversight. The bottom pantry cabinet was perhaps vacuumed out, but thats about it. See pic. I would call them back to finish cleaning, except for how the job ended. 1. Nobody notified me when they were done; they just sent a bill to pay. My brother paid before I inspected. 2. When I got to the property 3 days later, the front door was unlocked 3. The back door was open.... 4. The plug-in CO2 detector in the dining area was gone. I had put a lock box on the door and I had previoiusly given one of the owners at Sanity Divas the combo. The lock box combo was only off by one digit, suggesting that they (or somebody else) used it. Even so, the bottom lock and the back door didn't need a key to lock them, and they were not locked. If someone had come in and stolen things, they would have walked right past my tool box and ignored it to steal a $60 CO2 detector... not likely. I suspect the CO2 detector was damaged and removed to hide the damage: entire socket/box was moved/pulled out slightly on one side; brand new wall plate was now damaged. Since the doors were open, I cannot say for certain someone on the team did this, but why would anyone else break in there, not steal my tools,and violently rip (by my imagination) the CO2 detector from the wall? I don't care how good your cleaning is if you don't take care of my property or you try to hide your accidents. If my out-of-state brother had not paid so quickly, I wouldn't have paid until they came back and finished the job... brought me a comparable CO2/gas detector.

Manager Stephanie's communication is great, and she also visited once to do a quality control inspection after the clean. Owner Davlyn isn't afraid to roll up her sleeves and cover a cleaning when they are temporarily short staffed. Maybe due to the numerous (well-earned) high reviews here, there can be a wait list for new clients. It's worth the wait, especially if you are looking for recurring cleans every 1, 2 or 4 weeks. They're very thorough about understanding a new client's needs and ensuring that they have enough staff to maintain the quality of cleaning before taking on another client. They care very much about their clients, and it shows! The team even sent us a baby card after our newborn arrived home from the hospital! We are moving to the East Bay later this year, which unfortunately is outside of the ACS service area, so congrats to the next person to get our spot! We hope to be back in the South Bay sometime in the future if the housing market calms down, and will be looking to get back on the client list at that point!

Recently, though, life has been extremely hectic, and cleaning has definitely dropped down my priority list. After days of searching on Google and Yelp, I came across Daniele's cleaning company. The reviews and before-and-after photos convinced me to give them a try. I didn't hire them for a deep clean, but the quality of work Daniele provided was comparable to one and surprisingly close to how I clean myself. One anecdote I love sharing: when we recently moved to our new home, we had some light fixtures changed. We have globe lights over our dining table, and I genuinely thought the glass had a frosted finish straight out of the box. But when Anderson (Daniele's husband) started cleaning, he actually removed the globes and washed them thoroughly. Turns out they're clear glass, not frosted :P I'll be hiring this amazing team regularly and hope to maintain this relationship for a long time. Hire them for absolutely excellent quality of work and the most wonderful people to work with.

Came across Limpex cleaning & reached out to Daniele for a last minute clean. She responded very quickly & we were able to set up a date for her to deep clean my 2bed 2bath apartment. The day of, Daniele & her team arrived on time & got straight to work. They deep cleaned my bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, living room & 2nd bathroom (I ended up opting out of getting my 2nd bedroom cleaned the day of the service) & it took them about 4-5 hours in total. Daniele asked me to look at the cleaning & make sure everything looked good before they left, which I appreciated. The team was very nice & I am looking forward to having them as my regular cleaning service team.

I did use them for about 8 years or so due to simply being too busy to go through the process of finding a new cleaner, but I couldn't take it any longer. Throughout using their services, there were several times they arrived earlier or later than expected which threw off my daily schedule. There were several times where I was asked if they could shift a day or time and I almost always accommodated their request. However, the one time I asked to shift a time, I was refused. The initial agreement included cleaning living/dining/kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 3 baths. During covid, I went down to 1 bedroom needing to be cleaned, but there was no change in price. When I brought it up after I had realized, I got nothing in return. No refund, no extra cleaning... that's just the rate now despite it never being discussed prior. I began noticing inconsistent cleaning... bathrooms weren't being cleaned as they once were, items not returned to their proper place, window sills stopped getting cleaned, etc. They constantly scuffed the kitchen island wall by banging stools against it which I had to repaint. They ruined a marble counter top by using the wrong cleaning product and didn't bother to tell me. Many times, they have left random leave cleaning items around (towels, cleaners, step stool), signaling a clear lack of attention to detail. Over the years, they had broken a few items and didn't tell me until I confronted them. I understand accidents happen, but when something breaks, the owner should be notified immediately. Finding out later only makes it worse. When I would bring these things up to company, it would get better for a couple visits and then back to subpar standards. When I recently cancelled service, I told the person I spoke with I would like to talk with owner to address my concerns and perhaps I could be talked into continuing service if it got back to being consistent. I never heard from anyone.
