These people are the Worst !!! They charged double what other roofers do, then they put new tiles over ROTTEN plywood !!! Who would do that? With a lifetime guarantee? There are "hanging" nails out there.... They didn't even worry about the ends of 2x4's that were rotting away ! The roof is leaking into the attic. The plywood is still rotting. Pictures? The pics they sent me of the work "being done"??? They sent ONE pic of SOMEONE ELSE's ROOF ! I refused to pay for this CRAP !!! read more

Do not have these guys come out to give you an estimate, don't, just don't! Their high pressure, slimy sales tactics would be laughable if they were not so annoying and tragic. The incessant calling after being told "NO" is seriously annoying and off-putting. They don't seem to understand the word NO. Super brutal high-pressure sales presentation for a re-roof. Just like a timeshare presentation with no free stuff at the end. They made me watch a painful slideshow. Price was way higher than the competition selling the exact same thing with the same guarantee and certified installers. He seriously told me that the "special price" would only be good that day as it'd be false advertising for them to honor it at a later date if it was a "today only" price. Their price per sheet of cdx was also 50% more than anyone else. If you ever have a salesperson show up to bid a job instead of a contractor, just run. read more

Alex Tarin answered a post I'd placed on FB for help with my leaking roof. When I called and said I need my roof done. He got back with me the same day and made a time best for me the next day. He was very informative about everything and with no pressure how the process worked. For the first time in the 20 yrs I've been here, I will also have gutters on my home! Answered all my questions. We signed paperwork that day and by 12 pm the next day he brought the final paperwork that needed to be signed. It was him working fast and walking me through it all step by step that I will soon have a new roof. I will be forever be thankful to God for him answering my post. Andrew Sim and Giovanni Pellegrino far exceeded my expectations. The amount of knowledge and skill as well as just being nice people was refreshing in an industry that is driven by high pressure sales. We had a leak awhile back that we fixed right away, but the company that fixed it told us we should replace the entire roof as soon as possible. A second company also said we needed a new roof, that materials were sub par and original roof had not been installed correctly when the home was built in 2006. We ignored their advise and decided to see if more issues cropped up. Just to make sure we were still in good shape, I thought we should have someone else take a look. Great news! We are fine and should get quite a bit more time out of our roof. This wasn't what I was expecting to hear. In the future if I do have other issues or projects, DaBella will be my first and only call. I feel better educated about my home. DaBella stands behind their work with incredible warranties as well. was looking for a roofing contractor. What I got was a very pushy salesman. would not take no for an answer. I have a 1286 sq ft house that needs a reroof with possible wood replacement as well and with other repairs. The roof is in rough shape. The price they quoted me was $22,000. After some discussion, he lowered the price to $17,000 after making a call to his manager, supposedly. I explained to him that my mom was paying for my roof and that she was currently in the ICU. I told him I would have to talk with her first. He told me that the offer was good for 24 hours and he would call me the next day. Are you kidding me?? first the price and then the time limit, while my mother lay in ICU. The meeting, or rather, sales pitch, lasted over 2 hours. Said how busy they were, how many customers they had. Then why the hard sell? The gentlemen and his female partner were very nice. But way too pushy. I have bid the job with four other very good companies who also have the same warranty and use the same products that DaBella uses and I have quotes ranging in price from $6000 to $12,000. I personally would recommend anyone who thinks about using this company to acquire quotes from actual professional, licensed installer. You meet the salesmen, you don't get to meet the installers. I asked for a replacement of two windows in my home. I had mold growing between two panes. The man that came out said they only replace the whole window including the frame. Ok that's not what I needed. The problem was when he insisted that if I didn't replace the whole window, frame and all, that I would get the mold back. That is patently false as the frame was not leaking and the seal between the windows is a factory issue. Very misleading and not to be trusted. Rod read more

They contacted me to make an appointment, but refused to come out unless all homeowners were present. It wasn't an option for me, so they simply said "sorry we are not a good fit" and hung up. They didn't seem to care WHY that wasn't possible. Then a few days later called back and played it off as they were calling to schedule an appointment. When confronted on the "sorry we are not a good fit", they claimed oh we can accommodate you NOW. Sorry, if you don't care about meeting my needs before the sale, I can't believe you would care about me during or after the sale. read more

So these guys are like super scammers! If I could give less stars I would! We had them out to our house to give us a bid to replace our siding and windows. It started off good but 2 hours later we were pretty done in. The long slideshow, greasy sales pitch, and they used high pressure sales to try and get us to sign on the dotted line. They quoted us for $62,000 then with "discounts" and "promos" the new price was $41,000 but because we were refusing to sign that day the sales person called his manager and talked about how "amazing of an opportunity" it was to do our house and his manager magically was able to lower the price to $36,000 but that price was good for ONLY that day. At this point I was rolling my eyes and laughing at the stupidity of it all. We later had several calls from them over the next two weeks and during one phone call they said they "messed up" our bid and the "THAT DAY ONLY" quote of $36,000 was still available but again they needed us to sign quickly to get on their waiting list. A month later and they were still calling, even when our project was completed by another company and asked to stop calling, they would not stop calling. I would not recommend DaBella. read more

Despite the fact I had to cancel my contract before the order was started I would definitely like to work with Jane Ho again in the future when I am ready for a full siding project or other projects. read more

I contacted Rêve through home advisor because our fiberglass shower enclosure gave up the ghost and we are looking for a replacement. I am somewhat handy but draw the line at plumbing work. I should have know from the scheduler that called me that this company uses high pressure sales to push their overpriced product. They required both homeowners to be home, there is your first red flag. I will say the representative who came was friendly, polite and right on time. And now comes the rest of the story. We literally sat through 2 hours of power point slides, bath industry info and typical salesman samples before he was even willing to talk pricing. We chose the most basic, least expensive options and he still quoted $7,500. I could only stare at him blankly in response! He then said there's a winter special and took $400 off. Again, that is wildly expensive for a basic acrylic tub and shower. Then came the "phone call to the boss" tactic, and I'm pretty sure no one was on the other line. I politely asked him to leave and then he dropped the price another $500. If you can drop the price close to a grand in just five minutes then there is already something seriously wrong with your quote. Folks, do yourself a favor and call a plumber to do the work. read more

My mom is 83 yrs old, and a widow. Lives on SSI. We told the salesman that we knew for a fact that the one end of the roof needed structural repair. We spent a few hours going over everything with him, he KNEW we needed new rafters, plywood, and anything else that was to repair that end of the home. After delaying the delivery for the materials almost 2 more weeks, (we were told that it would start on October 1st and be done three days later.) They finally showed up on the 10th, and their workers (who are supposed to be "Factory trained Installers" removed the whole half of the length of the roof, and told us it ALL needed to be replaced. We recieved a phone call from the office and was told we needed to spend yet another $2000 on the plywood! I took pictures of the entire process, and have showed a few other companies those pictures, and they all agree that the plywood did not need to be replaced on the opposite end of the roof. (we have never had any problems or leaks on that end of the home.) Next they left the roof open, and only a tarp to cover it. Exposing it to the weather. Saying they could not perform the work. I kept calling and finally had a project management guy come out, and he was side stepping my questions. Never to hear from him again. Then the GM came out, and said he is new to the company and would talk to the owner. (I asked several times for him to contact me, but for some reason the owner is too busy????) And now so is the GM. Promises to call and resolve this issue, and give us the entire contract of which we have NEVER seen but heard of is still not delivered to us via email or promised per the GM to give it to us in person. They sent out another subcontractor to our home to assess the repairs now, and he quoted yet another $7500 on top of the original bill plus the $2000 extra for the plywood from the company itself. I am fed up with trying to get anyone to contact us....I keep calling, I am documenting EVERYTHING and still NO CALLS TO RECTIFY THIS SITUATION! Messing with the wrong person here. I know our rights, and will take this to the limit of the law. I am SORRY we EVER called this company to begin with. They lie, and are disceptive in their ways! read more
