A yelp event brought me out here and it will probably be my last. Pros: Large Space, can host many people at once. Would 100% post photos of my feet, but no free feet pics lol and would be happy to share with the owner the work that was done. So firstly, the pedi prices were a little on the steeper side. I was excepting quality for the amount I paid. It was $55 for a signature pedi without shellac. Secondly, not really sure how sanitary this place is, considering I got white shellac and on my CUTICLE there is pink paint on them. I recently started going to Dahlia and I'm so glad I did! This year I've been on the hunt for a new salon. I've noticed that in most local salons, the space is messy and cluttered, things don't feel clean, and my service feels rushed. I was pleasantly surprised my first time visiting Dahlia. The salon is clean, organized, and clutter free. This is how a spa environment should feel. The decor is timeless and elegant, the music is relaxing, and the employees are kind. I had pleasant conversation with the staff. They were very friendly and made me feel pampered. They did a good job on my nails and the overall experience was quiet and relaxing. I normally find myself in nail spas with bright, florescent lights listening to people talk loudly on the phone while the employees speed through my service. This salon was the polar opposite and I was able to really lean back and unwind during my appointment. They've made a repeat customer out of me. read more

The staff are really kind. I enjoyed the massage and the complimentary drinks. Huge space with lots of mani and pedi stations. My few concerns, however, is that I called for a 3pm appointment but was told to wait and didn't get my service started until 3:30, which isn't a big deal really. My bigger issue is that I was recommended to get either the premium ($65 for one hour) or deluxe ($75 for one hour) pedicure because "it includes gel." So I chose the premium because why not, I always get shellac anyway. However, when I checked out, I was charged extra $15. I asked, "I thought the gel was included in the pedicure I chose?" but she said it was an additional charge. My service also only lasted 50 minutes instead of the hour, which again is a minor concern in itself, but considering everything else I mentioned, I guess I'm just not wholly satisfied with my experience. read more

Nice place.... I was asked to go in the back and wait where they had a bar and barstools. I picked my polish for a signature pedicure. I waited approximately 15 minutes. The technician was very friendly. Unfortunately the pedicure was not relaxing at all due to having to switch feet and place them on the top of the bowl every couple minutes. Massage was awful and extremely short. Even though they sell you a nail kit with a pumice stone, file etc she didn't pay attention to where the rough areas were and never completely buffed them even though I pointed it out. Pricing was above average. I had a Yelp check-in coupon for 20% off and the girl at the register looked shocked and in disbelief that there was a coupon out there. After she looked at it for 10 minutes I finally was able to get the discount and leave. read more

Me and my daughters went to get our nails done. The gentleman who did my pedicure was super nice and I had a great experience. My youngest also had a very nice lady, she did her pedicure and mani; her nails came out looking good! But my oldest had a different experience, her pedicure nail tech did a really good job but they switch her mani to someone else who was multitasking, helping folks check in, getting new tools for other tech, etc. which caused her to not pay attention to my daughters nails. She said she was done but her gel nails were still tacky, she had a lot of clear polish around her nails. I had to ask why her nails were tacky, as they were gel and they re-cured her nails. Not sure if we will return as we live on the East side of town. read more

I've been a loyal customer since I moved to West Linn a year and a half ago but I won't be returning after today. I won a $20 voucher at Christmas and forgot to use it on my previous visit. Today when I went in to use, I was told it was expired. I didn't see the expiration date at the bottom in very messy handwriting (could barely even make out the date). I asked if they would honor it and they said no. Very disappointing for a loyal customer and as someone who always tips well. I will have to find another nail salon. read more

I just tried Dahlia today for the first time and it's my new favorite nail spa! It's brand new, everything is clean and it's a relaxing atmosphere with neutral tones, spa-like music, and lots of plants and orchids. And there's a parking lot so no stress trying to find parking on the street. It's spacious with lots of pedicure chairs and nail stations. They have a little drink menu and menus detailing out the different services they offer, and all prices are clearly shown. I saw Lyly (actually followed her here from another location) and she's amazing as ever. Her work is meticulous and she's one of the sweetest people I've ever met. I wanted to treat my wife to a spa day for her birthday, but failed by choosing this place. I said in our reservation and then mentioned upon arrival that we were there for a couple's day, but we ended up on opposite side of the building during the manicures. I would rather put my hands and feet through a wood chipper than get another mani/pedi here. The pedicure was extremely rough and the tech ended up filing skin and cuticles more than nails because he was too busy talking to and looking at his coworker next to us. During the manicure the nail tech spent the first 20ish minutes on the phone. I left with bleeding cuticles and rough edges on both hands. I've only had a few mani/pedis so I'm no authority, but this was a horrible experience. The bad service could have been somewhat laughable, but my hands hurt for days after the hatchet job I got. read more

Salon looks beautiful. Lots of room to accommodate larger parties. When booking I added in the notes that I didn't care which tech, but please place me with someone that can do designs. Day of appointment, I check in and say the same thing. I was placed with someone who said they couldn't do what I had in mind. She showed the entire salon what I wanted and then one guy said he could. Sat down at his station. He was so nice & really tried his best. He painted one finger and then said he couldn't do the design I had in mind. I even said we could simplify it more & add chrome. It would be ok. So I left with a nude beige. No chrome. No design. The tech, I believe his name was Tim? Was so very kind and sweet. I would recommend this place, but I just wouldn't recommend it if you want any sort of design. I'll post what I wanted. read more

Fantastic first experience here! I wish I remembered the name of the gentleman who did my pedicure (Monday 2/19 at 4pm). He was so friendly and gave me a beautiful French pedicure... I appreciate how he didn't skimp on the white trim so that I can still file my nails as they grow and they will still maintain the French look for a long while. It was also the best massage I've ever received! Wow! Definitely recommend one of the premium packages. Will be back! read more

I'm not usually in this part of town but I needed a mani/pedi desperately and gave this place a try after a recommendation -- and oh my god. This might be the best mani/pedi I've had in YEARS. The person who did both my manicure and pedicure took great care and attention to remove every hang nail, spare cuticle, and spot of old nail polish. They did not speed through a single step during our appointment and I felt so relaxed and taken well care of. The salon itself is clean and beautifully decorated, prices seem right to me (gel mani + basic pedi=$80). But get this, their basic pedi still included hot stones and a leg massage. Can't beat it! This would be my new spot if I lived closer. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor! read more

Pedicurist working one chair over was obviously sick. Although wearing a mask, it was non-stop chest coughing. Plenty of other chairs open too, but they put two of us right next to the sick one. My pedicurist was pleasant but hard to communicate with and seemed inexperienced. She kept filing my skin with the nail file and the "spa" pedicure which cost $71 was not relaxing to say the least.
