My friend & I greatly enjoyed our experience here! Food was amazing and staff was very friendly & professional! We plan to be back for the things we didn't try! The lamb chop and octopus was my favorite must try. Slight warning, the parking can be scarce, so plan to walk around the building. The atmosphere was a little toasty, due to the air conditioning being fixed (that'd be my one complaint, but it wasn't toooo bad)

Here's the scoop: Dahlia Tapas Tequila & Wine is one of those places you almost want to keep to yourself... but it deserves the hype. Start with the potato croquettes -- phenomenal. Jamón Serrano and Manchego inside, perfectly crisp outside, with brava sauce and crema that make the dish. The sauce in particular is outstanding: rich, slightly spicy, and the kind you want to drag every last bite through. I sat at the bar and had a couple of cocktails by Michaela, an excellent mixologist and great conversationalist. The Guayalajara (Mezcal Unión, aperitivo, guava purée, lime, agave) was bright and beautifully balanced. La Madrina (El Silencio mezcal, Chartreuse, St. Germaine, agave, lemon juice, Burlesque bitters) was smoky, herbal, complex -- and strong enough that the mezcal's name almost hints at a blackout if you're not careful. The vibe is intimate, cozy, and effortlessly hip -- the kind of neighborhood place that feels like a great discovery. Pro tip: Dahlia Tapas will be featured on PBS's Check, Please! Arizona on April 23, 2026. The episode has already been taped, and PBS usually posts episodes online afterward. My advice: go now before the post-TV crowds catch on. Verdict: four flames hot.

This location is absolutely beautiful, and the perfect spot for a date night. It's intimate, cozy, and a little exotic. We ate outside, December evening, and all that's needed is a light jacket (legit, Ms. Congeniality fans). The staff was very polite and quick, and the menu offers different tapas, small to large. I would say they certainly are more on the small to medium, and small is definitely small, but full of flavor!! My husband and I spent 2 weeks in Barcelona and we always crave jamon iberico, and have yet to find anything close. Of course we're not going to get the same thing like Spain; however something close would be nice which is why we were so excited to try this spot. The jamon on the menu is a small small plate ($30) and it tastes like they lightly sear or soak in olive oil & salt. It was good, but not what we were hoping for. I think the charcuterie was well worth the value (price, flavor, and amount). Overall, glad I came here to try, and the quality was high, service, execution, and taste, it was just very pricey for small portion. Bang was a bit small for a high buck.

Had a great time here! The food was awesome, especially the lamb chops and the Spanish dates (we actually ordered them twice). Everything paired really nicely with the Spanish red we had too. But I did feel portions were way bigger than I expected for tapas. The place itself is super cozy, but once it started to fill up, it got pretty loud and the service slowed down a bit. Overall, though, it was a lovely evening and a great date night spot.

We had the best time here! Staff was super friendly. Atmosphere was fantastic. Food and cocktails were so delicious. Can't rave enough. We'll definitely be back.

I love this place it's so cute and cozy with delicious food. We got the lamb chops, grilled shrimp, and rib eye. All were sooooo good. I love their chimichurri sauce for the steak. The roasted vegetables were also so tasty. My daughter loved it all too. Get their version of a crème Brûlée for dessert. It's sooo good. Service was great! I will be back.

This place is a hidden gem. This was my second time coming here. The bartender remembered me and brought me a cocktail on the house. Everything on their happy hour menu is delicious and well priced. The restaurant itself reminds me of someone's home. It's very charming and quaint.

We went for the Valentine's Day experience/menu. Had reservations for 7:15pm but they were behind on previous reservations so I think we finally sat around 8pm. The restaurant is a small, cute, close seating spot. The Valentine's Day menu was good, we had the ribeye which was yummy, cooked really nicely. It did seem a little chaotic in there for a little bit, we kept getting the wrong food to our table and then out food out of order but eventually things straightened out. I would say if you go here on a special event night don't be in a rush and have time to wait. The food was delicious, you could tell the menu was well thought out and prepared. The bar drinks are really good. Service overall was good, our server was friendly and fixed any issues we had very quickly. There is only one restroom so go before you head here for sure lol we will go back in the future.

I've been seeing this spot all over social media, so we had to check it out! Definitely recommend making a reservation--it's a small space with limited seating. The parking lot is also tiny, so driving isn't ideal. The menu is on the smaller side, but it looks like they rotate the options. Cocktails range from $16-$25, featuring fresh juices and mezcals, and the wine selection is excellent. We started with the jamón, but it was a bit underwhelming--the sauce overpowered the meat. The croquettes were average, nothing memorable. The highlight of the meal was the ribeye steak: top-quality meat, perfectly cooked, and a generous portion. If we return, it would be for a bottle of wine and that incredible steak--but be prepared, it's pricey!

Oh my goodness! What a find! This is the best restaurant we have been to in years. The food, drinks, service, and atmosphere were all fantastic. The best bite of food was the Spanish Dates paired with the pickled veggies were problematically delicious. But make no mistake, everything we ate was amazing. The drinks were all great, unique. The drink of the evening was the Como La Flor. A perfect balance of sweet, tart and wonderfully floral. You need to make it a point to get here!!

If it's your first visit, the AZ Hot Fried Chicken Sandwich is an absolute must. It's perfectly crispy with just the right amount of heat and packed with flavor in every bite. It's the perfect way to unwind, catch up with friends, and enjoy some of Arizona's finest locally crafted beer. Made the long drive from Gilbert to see what the hype was about and let me say....that soft serve was WORTH IT! I got the swirl and it was soooooo refreshing and delicious. I have seen people comment that they were too strong (I don't see the problem or maybe some people don't really like tequila) but mine was perfect! Not strong at all. The only reason I didn't give this updated review a 5-I ordered the banh mi sando and the sandwich was so dry. Chicken was dry. The cilantro wasn't chopped I had to pick out long stems. Also I got the AZ frosè and the rosemary syrup was just way too pungent to enjoy the whole beverage. I wished it had been more balanced. Especially when the French fries are heavily seasoned with rosemary--a bit too much.

The vibe is intimate and the staff was amazing. The food was good; my wagyu was cooked nicely but my wife's was a bit overdone. The peanuts pack some heat so they were a bit too spicy. Carry On actually called me to confirm our "tickets," which I thought was really cute. The whole experience kind of started a couple of days before our actual "departure time." They also reminded us to park in the Renaissance Square parking garage under Wren & Wolf, and they were able to validate our parking for three hours. We had to go to Wren & Wolf first to pick up our Carry On tickets. We got there early, and they let us relax in their couch area while we waited for our departure time. The walk from the Renaissance Square parking garage to Wren & Wolf was easy. You just follow the signs, and the whole walk is inside the building, which was perfect because it was so hot outside. While we were waiting, we could order drinks and chill, just like being in an airport lounge. When it was time for departure, we walked outside the building, and Carry On was right around the corner. You won't miss it because you'll see the Carry On Air flight schedule above the gate door. Right on time, we were greeted by a friendly flight attendant. Once we walked into the cabin, it really felt like we were inside a first-class flight lounge. Our flight attendant served us drinks right after we sat down, and we also ordered more cocktails and snacks from their menu. The captain spoke to us over the speaker, just like on a real flight. As we took off, we could even feel the seats moving. Looking out the "window," we saw buildings, clouds surrounding us, and even experienced turbulence I'm not going to tell you too much because I don't want to ruin the experience. I'll let you try it for yourself. I think it's definitely worth giving it a try. At least for us, we loved it.

What an unexpectedly fun night!…read more I honestly had no idea what I was walking into when a friend told me I had to check out Bikini Lounge because they know I'm drawn to all things eclectic. They were absolutely right. From the moment the friendly bouncer smiled and said, "Step right on in," I was hooked. Yoooow!! The first DJ was incredible. He was spinning all kinds of trip-hop, indie, electronic, and remix-style tracks that had everybody partyin'. It wasn't your typical dance music, but every song seemed to connect with somebody in the room. The crowd was incredibly diverse, and it was so much fun watching people of every age and style dancing and nobody cared. The second DJ, a younger woman, shifted the vibe a bit and leaned more toward a younger crowd. It wasn't quite my style, so I took that opportunity to grab a seat at the bar and do what I apparently do best... chat with complete strangers. I'm a talker, and thankfully they seemed just as happy to strike up a conversation. This isn't some fancy cocktail lounge, and that's exactly the point. It's authentic. There were people dancing at the bar, grooving in their booths, bouncing in their seats, and filling the dance floor with great energy. I came by myself, and within minutes a cool group of strangers invited me to squeeze into their booth like we'd all come together. That's the kind of place this is. At one point they even offered me a glass of beer from their pitcher. I politely declined (look at me making responsible life choices... sometimes), but then I realized almost everyone had pitchers! So I sauntered over to the bar. I did have to wait a bit; apparently chivalry doesn't extend to letting a woman cut the line, but once I reached the bartender, the service was fast and friendly. Every trip back to the bar was the same. No complaints there. As the night went on, the energy just kept building. Before I knew it, I was on the dance floor sweating, smiling, and dancing with complete strangers. After a while, I had to retreat to the patio just to catch my breath before heading back in for more. My ankles are still sore... and the glutes? Fuhgetabouttit! The best part of the night wasn't the music or even the drinks. It was the people. Every generation was represented. Every fashion style imaginable. Every personality. And somehow it all worked. There was this genuine sense of joy and community that you just don't find everywhere. If you're looking for polished and upscale, this probably isn't your spot. But if you want great music, a welcoming crowd, zero pretension, and one of those nights where you leave happier than you arrived... give Bikini Lounge a shot. I went in not knowing what to expect. I left wondering why I'd waited so long to go.
