Probably the worst Jimmy John's I've ever been to. The outside trash was overflowing onto the ground. When we entered there was a very small eating area that was covered in lettuce and straw wrappers. We ordered our food with Jaslene and she was probably the best part of the experience. There were no medium cups- she did get us some. But when I went to fill my cup (haha) I did WATER and it came out BROWN and it shares a spout with lemonade? I'd expect yellow. But not brown. Italian club no tomato, no oil no vinegar and lone behold- all three on my sandwich, overfilled with lettuce and somehow the meat was on the outside of the bread. When I confronted the guy who made it he was very condescending about it. It'd be one thing if I didn't like tomatoes but ... I'm allergic. I grabbed a straw to the right of the fountain and the entire bottom of the straw papers were soaked. When asked about that, "I'll go get one from the back just for you." No dude. I don't want a wet freaking straw with some unknown substance on it that may or may not be "water from filling up that" his words. That? No idea either. I hate to leave bad reviews but this place has failed us 3 times now. They don't look super busy inside but take forever because they're taking care of online orders and are way understaffed. The poor employees are trying their best but can't be attentive to anyone walking in. This establishment has really gone down hill lately. Have been a customer of theirs for years now and generally have been pleased with their sandwiches. Today I placed a pick up order from across town. One sandwich was their promotional chicken bacon ranch which came as an iceberg salad on French bread. Refer to the pictures. The second sandwich was ordered with extra turkey and had a total of 4 slices across the whole sandwich. I called the business to have the situation resolved and was offered new sandwiches if I was willing to drive back across town to get them. I agreed and hung up. I was then called back from a Sarah, who told me I would have to bring the original sandwiches back to avoid scams. Understandable request. When I asked how I would be compensated for the additional time away from my work and gas to drive back across town, I was told there would be none. For a company that prides themselves on fast delivery, the right thing to do would've been to drive to new sandwiches out and pick up the poorly made original order. Clearly these sandwich "artists" do not value their customers time and money. Sarah and her General manager Nick do not stand by the atrocious sandwiches this establishment serves. Do not give this business your hard earned money, you'd be better off going next door to Subway and getting your money's worth. Fun game, see if you can spot the chicken or bacon in those photos. Good luck! O and never order xtra on the sandwich, it's less than the original amount and costs $3 more. This place is a joke and so are Nick and Sarah. Update: After leaving the deserved 1 star review, I received an anonymous phone call from one of their employees on, my number they took from their system, to harass me and call me a P**** for leaving the review. I then called the store to inquire which employee had just violated my privacy and harassed me from a blocked number. As expected, no one fessed up and I then asked to speak with Nick once again, as the supposed GM, but was told he left for the day. 20 minutes later I received a phone call from Nick directly on his personal phone (again took my number from their system) screaming at me to stop calling the store and harassing his employees. Come to find out he and his wife, Sarah, are not remorseful at all, made no apologies and continued berating me while I attempted to express my frustrations with the entire ordeal. Just want everyone to be aware that this store will access the contact information of customers and relentlessly harass customers who aren't happy with the service they received. The environment: This specific Jimmy John's was extremely crowded and there was not nearly enough room for everyone there. Very small building. I'd assume it would be best to order online and come in to pick it up. Or do the drive through. The staff: They got my order wrong, however the receipt has the right order on it. I decided to leave the matter alone, though. However, it was easy to see the employees and staff were putting in a lot of effort. They were very kind and helpful and patient and appropriately dealt with the crowded lunch rush. They were splendid, just the environment and the time wasn't. The food: Again, my order was messed up, but the food was delicious. All the ingredients were fresh and delicious. As you can see, I never leave reviews. However, today while visiting this establishment I overheard and witnessed something that can't be ignored. I overheard a customer call in and complain about an order. The employee, Sarah I believe, was extremely rude to the customer and was yelling at them on the phone. During this conversation the manager, Nick, got on the phone and was also very rude to the customer. But what happened next is the part I can't wrap my head around. The employees then took their personal phone and called the customer and harassed him and called him a P***y. I was shocked at the level of disrespect I was witnessing. The customer called the restaurant again and then the manager Nick accused the customer of harassing his employees when THEY were the ones calling and harassing him. This was shocking. Walked to this Jimmy Johns from down the road. There was a sign that said "lobby closed" which was fine. We just planned on ordering and walking back to our car (charging nearby). Well, apparently lobby closed meant you can't enter the business or order at the counter. The manager met us at the door and told us the lobby was closed. When we asked if we could order at the counter he said only if we'd placed an order on our phone and was there to pick it up. Poor customer service and not a place I'll be returning to. read more

NO WAY a sandwich like this should cost $1 per inch. Great customer service via drive thru. The person taking my order had me laughing. Got up to the drive thru window and was greeted quickly and transaction was easy. I watched the person making my sandwich and it looked good to go. I parked to eat it and it was blah! Hard bread and small diameter... almost like a Baguette, definitely not a sub sandwich style bread IMO. Then the flavor of the sandwich was plain and boring. The staff, all 4 of them, seemed to be incompetent and the girl at the register took a very long time just comprehending our order which I had to repeat multiple times (simple sandwiches). I generally like Jimmy John sandwiches, but this location needs to work on their accuracy and customer service. The employees messed up my order and the assistant manager Michelle was super rude about correcting it. I paid for extra cheese and extra avocado. They forgot the avocado. My husband went back to simply get some avocado for the sandwich, and they argued about the mistake. Finally they gave him a very small portion, enough for half the sandwich. I went back with the sandwich and asked them to add avocado to the other half. They refused and said they gave me what I paid for. I replied that it was their mistake and we've had to come back twice. That they should add the avocado. Again they refused and were very rude. My first jimmy johns experience was not great. I had my husband order the Frenchie without cheese and was told that was not doable and in return got plain bread with 5 small cuts pieces of salami. I asked if any lettuce or veggies could be added and was told no. My husband then went to order me a new sandwich, the turkey without cheese and no mayo. The food is always fine at this location, but the interior seating is limited, the parking lot is tiny, and the location itself is difficult to get in and out of due to traffic. Also, the last time I ordered here was in the drive thru, and about 15 minutes down the road I realized the employee had forgotten to give me back my credit card. Granted it was partially my fault for having forgotten to ask for it, but what irked me was that after having driven back to get it and thus wasting about 30 minutes round trip in the process, they didn't even offer so much as an apology for the inconvenience they had caused. When these guys first opened they had a bit of a rough start... at least with my experience, and I felt prices were a bit steep. HOWEVER... over the last year I've given them a try and have now gone back at lease half a dozen times. I've used the drive thru at least 3 times & EVERY time they are "freaky fast" and food is spot on. Called in one order for delivery which was delivered within 11 minutes after ordering, very nice! Well, I ordered a turkey sandwich with extra cheese in the drive thru. The worker asked if I had requested extra cheese. I confirmed that I did indeed ask for extra cheese. I get home and unwrap my sando, but it looks kinda odd. I open the sandwich up and low and behold, no cheese at all. But to my surprise, there is just a ridiculous amount of tuna fish. I love Jimmy Johns and used to frequent the one in Yakima whenever I was there. It was always good and always fresh. When the store opened in Ellensburg I was delighted. I go several times a week- always through the drive thru because the store itself is tiny. I'm giving 3 stars because the last few times the bread has been hard and a little stale. Fresh is their trademark, especially the bread. Not loving it as much these days. Don't cut corners! Too many other options out there. read more
