Not a fan. Broken eggs, poorly executed bacon. Customer service is okay however, with exorbitant prices things should be a lot better.

This is a fantastic place to get your farm raised meats, lard, and an assortment of seasonal locally grown produce.

A pleasant stop on the highway and a good place to stretch your legs. The cost of the produce is…read morenot cheap and in some instances is more expensive than conventional grocery stores. That being said it has an old age charm about it. I bought some apple butter which was delicious: not too sweet and pretty tasty. The chai latte was reasonably priced and the very berry ice cream was creamy, plentiful and very reasonably priced. The antique section upstairs resembles more like a thrift store and some of the prices were pretty outrageous. However there were some old LP records and antiques and if you are in the lookout for a specific one of a kind piece and have time to browse, I think this may appeal to you. All in all it is worth stopping by for a quick stop if it's already on your way.

The weird part was they just handed me a cone straightup with no napkin or paper, which was kind of gross considering I was about to pay and they expected me to hold that while getting my card out, and overall just wasn't super hygenic since I wasn't prepared to have freshly cleaned hands walking in there - luckily they weren't dirty but still, I've never been handed a cone like that before! Also wouldve been helpful for people to have a list of flavors to look at before getting to the front of the line bc a lot were non-"standard" flavors and it took a sec for everyone to actually read them through. My friend and I also looked the store and things seemed quite pricey but it's always good to support local and buy fresh produce!

Adeleine this past weekend when we finally came up specifically for the market. End of the day, we very much enjoyed ourselves! The Market is held downtown and takes up roughly 2 city blocks. There's a nice mix of fruit and produce, artisan crafts, and fun foods and beverages. Well the selection was good, I was surprised that there weren't more farmers up this direction. There were a few berry farms, a couple of the big ones from the Yakima Valley, but overall I think there were fewer than down at the Yakima farmers market. It definitely did not leave us wanting however. After walking the entire place a couple times, we found a couple of things we didn't know we needed, and found what was probably the best shrimp taco we've had since we got back. They also had some great coffee, a couple dessert places and a solid groups making some legit cheese dip (we got the jalapeño one!) This is a solid farmers market in an eclectic little city, that does a great job of doing exactly what you would expect from such a place. Good food, good produce, and good ancillary stuff. It's worth checking out and easy to spend a few hours at!
