Donuts are fine, but my review is on them charge a "service fee" of $.50 for using your debit card. Legally they are not aloud to do that. And then they say "it's $.50 fee unless you want to buy more to prevent the fee" Wtf! How does that even work in their eyes. I know it's only $.50, but it the fact of the matter. read more

I've tried quite a few donut shops in the area and Daily Donuts has become one of the staples. It's your classic mom and pop shop with great tasting donuts. We had a classic glaze (which was fresh from the oven), a cinnamon crumb, coconut, and an old fashioned glaze and chocolate. You know the donuts are good even when they still taste fresh the next day. The shop was actually kind of busy for a Saturday morning (which is a good sign). I'll definitely be putting this shop in my donut rotation. read more

I still contend that this donut shop is the BEST in the San Dimas area. I have been coming here for years, and the ONLY time I've been disappointed is when they're blown out of donuts! Some of my recommendations would include their freshly-prepared cinnamon rolls, tiger tails, and jelly-filled donuts - but let's face it, folks, there's never a "bad" donut in the display case! Additionally specialty beverages, croissants sandwiches, etc. share the menu, as well. The shop, itself, is neat but small (with a few tables near the front window). Most patrons take their orders to go. The hardworking business owners are so friendly and always happy to accommodate special requests. Aw shucks - they're the BEST, too. I'm not ashamed to say I am a donut connoisseur; well my tummy is anyway! I've been all over the US scouting out the best donuts and I am shocked and pleasantly surprised to tell you that in the small town of Hesperia, Ca Daily Donuts have some of the best! My husband had work down the street from daily donuts and we were killing time before his meeting; I can't pass up a good looking donut shop so we stopped in and ordered a few to go. We indulged in a buttermilk (my favorite), Apple fritter, crueler (my husbands favorite), and a blueberry fritter. Crueler donuts though good can be dry or stale, but not here! This is the best crueler we've ever had; it was crispy and delicious on the outside and doughy on the inside. The fritters and buttermilk were pretty darn close to perfect, I'm sad we did not get to try more! Along with donuts Daily Donuts offers drinks, muffins, ice cream, and more delightful treats to devour. The inside is small and somewhat grungy but exactly what you want in a good old fashioned donut shop. You know they invest in quality ingredients and you can tell. The service was too notch; a young man helped up pick out his favorite donuts and what we would like. He was so friendly and enthusiastic, we enjoyed the friendly service that you wouldn't get at a chain store. The prices are cheap for the quality and quantity, I love that you get 7 donuts in a half dozen! Have gone here almost every morning for several years. They have the best, freshest donuts around. They are super friendly and always willing to accommodate you with whatever you need. I love it here. The glazE donuts are always a hit , for any party these donuts hit the spot. They decorate their donuts based on the holiday/season as well. The service is amazing, yes you might find a small line from time to time but it's because the donuts are amazing! Parking is easy to get in and out of, and it's casually noise level. Came here to pick up donuts for work for Valentine's Day. Come early as this place was busy! $14.95 for a dozen (12). $2.50 for huge croissants so I also got 3 of those. I must say that I am impressed! Yesterday (11/01/2024) was my second time visiting this place with the hope of recreating the great experience I had in having a soft/spongy donut the first time around. And...I wasn't disappointed. Both their traditional donuts and their cake donuts are amazing! And, the quality remains even the day after (when I've not been able to finish the dozen I bought the day before). I've eaten a lot of donuts. I've done the lines in LA for California Donuts, stood in line during the Donut Man frenzy in Glendora, drove to Orange County for Afters Milky Bun, and I always came back to my local spot in Pasadena, Pronto Donuts. At 11pm the old man would be making fresh glaze and rainbow sprinkle donuts, even though he was closed he would sell me a set. It was the closest thing to a Krispy Kreme experience at a mom and pop shop I ever encountered. Fast forward to this year and now that we live in San Dimas I though that Donut Club and Donut Queen were my best options. Friends, Daily Donuts is the one you want. Their cinnamon roll donut and fresh glaze donut holes are top tier. I never heard of donut holes selling out at donut shops, usually they're the item you see stacked high and a last resort at the Donut Man or Donut Club. This is not the case, you need to get yourself a dozen and re-evaluate life. How did you let yourself miss out on this gem for so long? In all seriousness this place is a slam dunk. I can call in my order and the customer service is always top notch. read more

There are at least three donut shops within a mile of where I live. The donuts here are no better or worse than the other donut shops. The reason for the five stars is I like the people here. They are friendly and personable so if I want donuts or lottery tickets I come here. As a patron I always choose the welcoming smile and friendly thank you. Before coming here I used to go to the donut shop on Via Verde by the Von's shopping center. But I always found the workers there to be grumpy, angry or just indifferent. read more

Excellent service, good quality donuts and croissants, their bear claw is very flavorful and they have a large cinnamon twist that is yet to be tried, next time they have it, I will update my review. I'm a big blueberry fan so when I saw that they made the blueberry cake donuts i(my favorite flavor) I just had to give them their over due credit. Never been here before but came this morning (Wednesday, September 12, 2018 6:45am). A small operation. Looks nice and clean inside though and has a decent assortment of basic donuts. Don't expect more elaborately made donuts. Go to Krispy Kreme for that. Nothing really special about this Daily Donut shop. It's pretty regular but the donuts did taste good, were fresh and I got (4) of them for $3.60 total out the door. Not a bad price considering I remember when donuts were only 15 cents each (when I was a kid in the early 70's). Getting donuts in the early morning is always better because they taste freshest early morning (6am to about 10am). After 10am they start tasting old because they've sat out for a while. Most donut shops usually make all their donuts once per day and always very early in the morning. I would come here again if passing through the area and wanting some maple bars! Daily Donuts is easy to get to especially if you are traveling Westbound on Arrow Highway. Daily Donuts is on the North West corner of San Dimas Avenue and Arrow Highway. read more

The owners of Daily Donuts in San Dimas are great! They prepared a customized box of Donuts with my Granddaughters name! Sadie..we had a great celebration! Donuts are always fresh - service is Outstanding and so friendly.. You can now buy lottery tickets there too! Their Tiger Tails are absolutely the very best. I work nearby and made it a ritual to come every week for the ham and cheese croissants. They are amazing especially the ones with bacon in it. La Verne Miss Donut and Bagel was one of the more impressive donut shops I have visited. Food When you walk in, you are greeted by display cases of donuts, muffins, and bagels. All of which looked beautiful visually. They also sell breakfast sandwiches, coffee, and juices. We ordered a half dozen donuts including: apple fritter, blueberry, chocolate bar, and chocolate cream filled. The donuts were all excellent. Very flakey and flavorful. I also ordered a bacon, ham, and sausage breakfast sandwich, which was also excellent. 5/5 Service We placed our order at the counter and the staff was very friendly and patient. She offered suggestions and made the experience easy. 5/5 Ambiance The shop was clean and very well organized. It had the feels of a donut shop and possessed regulars sitting at tables, which is a good sign. 5/5 Our little pit-stop ended up being a great one. I'm not sure we will ever find our way back in La Verne, but it's worth checking this place out.
