I wanted to say thank you to the staff at Toyota of Glendora for amazing work on my car. They helped revived my car battery to 100%. Thank you All! What better way to say thanks than to gift a box of Krispy Kreme donuts. My first time here. Shop was clean and cozy. Tables had their hats for grabs. Restrooms are available at the back of the shop. They weren't super busy. A variety of donuts were showcased behind the glass. My favorite is their Original Glazed. Wow, I was shocked to see how much a dozen donuts cost now. It has gone up to $21.99 per dozen. I guess we gotta ride with inflation. I did see a flyer on the window indicating "Add a 2nd dozen for just $9.99". That averages out to $16 per dozen... that's more reasonable, but you gotta get 2 dozens. Anyway, I saw a more economical option... 24 Dots for $6.49. That's more like it. Pack it up! Dots are perfectly bite sized. It tasted almost the same as the Original Glazed donut... I say almost because I find the Dots to be more densed in texture, but still good and the price was right. First time at Krispy Kreme anywhere. My husband had received a five dollar gift card here, and I had a board meeting to attend with eight participants, so I thought, why not? Large parking lot from easy to navigate. The inside was much more spacious than I imagined. It must be fun to watch them make the donuts first thing in the morning. I liked the idea of having some variety, so I chose to buy 16 mini glazed donuts for the same price as a dozen regular sized ones. They were out of plain glazed mini donuts, so I asked Ashley who helped me to give me an assortment of the pink sprinkled, chocolate sprinkled, and plain chocolate, glazed donuts. Believe me, they were a hit at the meeting! Everyone was asking me where a Krispy Kreme was because they thought the closest one was in Ontario. Thanks to Ashley for your patience in explaining to me how the assortment options work! Apparently, new seasonal ones are 50 cents more per donut. As an avid donut enthusiast I feel that Krispy Kreme absolutely nailed it in their current seasonal specialty donuts. Of course their OG glazed donuts are always perfect and melt in your mouth I sometimes need to mix it up just a hair. Not the best donuts you'll ever try... still very average quality, but they do satisfy that donut sweet tooth craving. Visited store today 4.13.26 at 4 pm. Woman cashier wasn't very friendly, even though there was no one else in store. While eating my donut and hot chocolate, I decided to download the Krispy Kream app. Once done, it showed that I can get a free donut. I went back up to cashier and she said I couldn't use it until my next purchase. I spent almost $30 on six donuts and two drinks. As we left, my husband said thank you and she just ignored him. This Krispy Kreme location needs improvement when it comes to employee time management and handling mobile orders. I placed a mobile order around 7:15 a.m. and arrived at 7:35 a.m., only to find that my order still wasn't ready. I waited over 10 minutes trying to get an employee's attention, but I was completely ignored while other customers in line--who had not placed mobile orders--were served and received their orders first. Another customer who had also placed a mobile order around the same time expressed the same frustration, questioning the purpose of ordering ahead when walk-in customers are prioritized instead. Due to this experience, I will not be returning to this particular Krispy Kreme location. Better time management and organization are clearly needed. read more

It has new filling and the taste is perfect! - Biscoff iced doughnut. My daughter and I have a special tradition: after visiting Montclair, we stop by the Krispy Kreme in San Dimas for donuts. It's something we always look forward to because this location is usually clean, inviting, and often has hot donuts ready to go--a rare treat for us since there isn't one near our home. Today, I called ahead to confirm they would have hot donuts at the time we planned to stop by. The woman on the phone verified they would, though she wasn't particularly pleasant. Still, we were excited because it's not often we get to enjoy Krispy Kreme donuts fresh and warm. When we arrived, however, we were met with disappointment. Not only were there no hot donuts as promised, but the staff was unfriendly and dismissive, particularly the woman with mask who helped us. She didn't seem to care that my daughter was clearly upset, nor did she make any effort to address the situation. The manager we spoke with made us feel like we were a burden for even bringing it up, making excuses about being understaffed. It didn't feel very professional to me. To make matters worse, the dining room was inexplicably closed, and we were unable to use the restroom. This, combined with the poor customer service, changed our opinion of this location from a five-star experience to a one-star disappointment. If Krispy Kreme advertises something as iconic as hot donuts, it's reasonable to expect the staff to ensure that commitment is met--or at least to handle any issues with kindness and professionalism. read more

Worst experience ever. So I ordered 4 dozen donuts 2 dozen pink and 2 dozen blue for a gender reveal. I ordered them 4/2/25 and the gender reveal is today 4/19. Specifically said that this needed to be picked up early. Everything was discussed in detail with the person taking the order on the phone and then again when paid for which was a week before the event. I come in today and they try to hand me off 4 dozen Easter donuts. Thankfully I asked to be shown the donuts before walking away. And saw the Easter donuts where the pink and blue donuts should be. I said no! This isn't what I ordered. The cashier laughed and walked to the back to retrieve a manager I guess. The manager then came to talk to me and said that the person who took the order wasn't specific enough. I'm like how so if the invoice says 2 dozen pink and two dozen blue with no sprinkles. For a gender reveal. And she then tried to say it wasn't specific enough. I was told to wait 20 minutes for my order to be completed. So I'm waiting 20 minutes for something that should have been just an easy grab and go. I was upset, I explained to them my dislike in how this situation was handled. From being laughed at by the cashier to having to wait. The manager then tried to explain that the invoice wasn't in the location they would normally have them for next day pick up. Even tho I was pretty upset because I was now behind due to their screw up the manager kept her calm and talked me down from my place of anger. She apologized profusely, and refunded me half my order along with gifting me an assortment of donuts. Thank you manager for handling this so professionally and compassionately but to the rest of the staff, the person who took the order over the phone , to the person who took my payment and the cashier who laughed when I said it's the wrong order.. do better. Donate to your local fundraiser! Before I get into the review, just wanted to share that those little $5 (maybe $10 now) cards that are sold during school fundraisers go a long way. They give you buy one dozen get one free, and there are 10 sticker vouchers on each card. Krispy Kreme has been honoring this card for well over a year (maybe more). Back to the donuts. They are great! When fresh out of the store, sometimes fresh baked, they melt in your mouth. The variety is great, and the holiday themed donuts are always fun. Ok service was good and felt genuinely nice. My problem was with the donuts. I wanted to give 1 or 2 stars but the service was good. Im thinking the doughnuts were made by newcomer worker or something or the branch owner is super stingy. See photos. Why are they super small? Look at the empty spaces in the box. The orginals felt slightly overcooked (a bit darker brown) felt stale after taking a bite when i came home. ( im thinking they reheated leftovers from previous day but i cannot state that as a fact.)
