I came to Sev with low expectations due to my previous laser experience at the other clinic. I walked in and I was not greeted by the front desk receptionist. I signed in with the Ipad. After my laser treatment- the front desk receptionist told me I was supposed to sign in with her... well you did not greet me when I walked in and you asked all the other patients in there to sign in with the IPad so I followed the lead since it is my first time here and I have no clue what I am supposed to do. Anyways- I got my treatment done. My nurse was amazing. I wasn't expecting this to work. But it has been 2 weeks and my hair is ACTUALLY starting to fall out. I never experienced this at the last clinic....
