I went back to get some only to find out that the selection changes week to week and the pudding only shows up when the moon is full or the bananas are ripe. That was hard to hear. Now the Crumbl craze is hitting tik tok and YouTube so I found out that my banana pudding with wafers was finally brought back as a fun in the sun beach bum treat. So I made my way out there today to get it because it finally came back after months of me waiting. To my dismay, the pudding cup was $9. That's twice the price of a cookie. Now it's great pudding, but is pudding really worth $9? I think that's too much for even 2026. It came with a novelty shovel spoon - is that what hyped the price or is this economy really driving the prices up ? I settled on their pineapple whip cookie for $4.50. It was good, but probably an 8 out of 10. Nothing I would repurchase. About a month ago they served us up right though with a fabulous Nanaimo Bar cookie paying homage to our Canada Neighbors. That cookie was suburb and spectacular. 10 out of 10. Some of the other selections just look too sweet, too basic or again too expensive - here's looking at you - Dubai chocolate strawberry cup which was around $15-18. I still signed up for their rewards program so I now should get a free cookie on my birthday. They rotate their selections every week so it can be definitely be hit or miss. Some people are going viral trying all the treats. That's too much sugar even for a cookie lover like myself. I'll stick to trying 1 a month and seeing if they are worth the hype. Just decided to try them out this year as a customer to see what all the hype is really all about. Actually, no free cookie on my birthday unless I buy 5 or 6 beforehand. That's a bummer too. I looked in the case to see what vegan baked goods they have, sadly I didn't find a coffee crumb cake or cookie. I ended up getting a plain bagel, toasted with avocado spread. The barista was helpful, since she said she was vegan and gave me options that would appeal to me. I got a seasonal coffee with oat milk. Headed to a table to read and enjoy my coffee and bagel. I really enjoyed the smooth jazz that was playing.

Last week I double checked and asked if it was made with whole milk and they realized they messed up and had to remake it. I thought maybe it was a one time thing, and whatever mistakes happen. This week, on March 16th, 2026 around 7:50pm (I am writing the time so they know who was on shift) I asked for them to double check that it was made with whole milk, and they said yes. I get home and open it up to see that there was only milk, and zero oats. Just milk. In my opinion that is a ridiculously egregious mistake to make. I paid $6 for a cup of milk. Two weeks with mistakes happening is also ridiculous, I will be asking every time (even though I feel bad) for a thorough double check on my order because this just should not happen. No oats in an oatmeal order is just another level of insanity and something needs to happen to fix these mistakes. Just a cherry on top I waited close to about 7 minutes for them to fill and heat up a cup of milk. And I was the only one waiting for the majority of the time. I cannot stress the level of ridiculousness that I experienced today.

Their staff is always welcoming and helpful, and their bagels and beverages are always stellar. I will say that if you're caffeine sensitive, try a chai or refresher instead of the coffee drinks. Not sure what they put in there but it'll definitely have you bust through the ceiling on a caffeine high, or that might just be me idk. Their sourdough bagels are fantastic, but you have to go early if you want to actually get one, since they sell out pretty early. They also have some fun gelato flavors if you're into that as well. Overall, everyone is sure to find something they'd like.
