This Starbucks has gone down hill over the last year. My family and I have lived in the area for almost 11 years and always gone to this one however they have messed up on our orders so much that we are starting to no longer go to this Starbucks anymore. Over the course of the last 4 weeks my family has ordered a sausage egg and cheddar breakfast sandwich no cheese and both times they have given us either no sausage or no egg when all we asked for is no cheese. They are also constantly messing up our drinks. Today for instance my mom ordered 4 drinks 3 were supposed to be hot and 1 iced and they proceeded to give us all 4 hot. I'm not sure what's going on but they can't seem to get multiple drink or item orders correct. read more

Starbucks in Oregon City offers excellent coffee, though the prices are on the higher side. Wait time service is reasonable, the ambience is okay, but parking can be challenging, and the location might not be ideal for some. read more

My drink was great, but I happened to forget my briefcase. it took me retracing my steps over a week to find it! and when I called they didn't have it in the store? It's Sunday! They messed up our order which is no big deal. They made it hot when it said iced on the label. But their attitude in fixing the drink was a problem. If your customer isn't upset then surely you shouldn't be. And when someone says thank you, you should acknowledge them. This is what we teach our kids. I enjoy coming here. Ample parking, friendly staff, and good coffee. I've found that it's hit or miss on how busy it is at any given time, so sometimes I have a bit of a wait for my beverage. But on the whole, it's a nice place and I will be back. read more

I had an amazing experience at this Starbucks! I have a complicated order and the barista who rang me up and made my drink (named Izzy) knew exactly what she was doing. She made sure I liked it before I left the store and asked if I needed anything else in my drink. This happens now and then at coffee shops when I order decaf and I get caf. I really can't tell the difference until I try to sleep at night. It's happened twice lately here and it's driving me crazy. I've vowed to NOT reload my starbucks card because of this. You are out of guava, peach, blueberry and now today apple juice for a caramel apple spice?... I would like to know what you are in stock of to keep an operating Starbucks. I've been to this location a number of times (I spend far too much of my money on coffee; it's my one indulgence) and every time it's slow. This is usually regardless of the customer load. The other day was the WORST! There were literally 14 people waiting for their drinks to be prepared. With 4 employees working behind the counter you'd think that more than one of them would have been making drinks. Nope. Only one...the others were taking orders, preparing sandwiches and whatnot, but c'mon. When your lobby is so full people don't have anywhere to stand you've got to act and get the customers taken care of. From start to finish it took me 12 minutes to order and get my drink. Not acceptable on a busy work day morning. Other than that they do have a large sized store and the staff is generally friendly. Was in the right place at the right time. I needed my perfect latte and I got it.

Really hit and miss with this location. Some employees are awesome, will remember your name and drinks, other employees are extremely rude and bad at their job (a woman yesterday didn't put my sandwich in when I ordered it, causing an almost 10 minute delay, which in the morning is a big deal, I was late to work, and she did not apologize at all). I hate to target businesses and write bad reviews, but if you don't like customers, don't work a customer service job. In my opinion, the drive down to the Mcloughlin location is worth it for a better experience. read more

I LOVE this location in the morning! But after work today I stopped in.....oh boy! The iced drink was almost completely Full of ice, and the late' was so watered down that you could not even taste the milk let alone the tea, incredibly bland. This is my fave Starbucks in the area. It's small but perfectly laid out that it feels cozy without feeling crowded. I visit almost daily (sometimes twice) and have done so for a couple of years now. Sometimes I sit for ages drinking my coffee and eating my breakfast while studying. Almost all of the staff are super friendly and personable, and know me by name, and use it, which feels like a very nice gesture. I've given 4 stars because I wish they would put the mobile orders within reach of the customer so I don't have to wait and hope for the attention of the busy barista to ask for my order (I hate bothering them because they're always so busy). Brandi sneezed all over her arm, wiped it off with a paper towel, then didn't wash her hands and continued to handle drinks and food products. Made me a little sick to watch. Then I was paying with a $100, she asked if all 5s back was okay, I said no and got my phone out to check my bank balance so I could pay with my card. By the time I finished signing in she had cashed me out with 5s and said it was too late to change it. Terrible hygiene and service. You'd expect more for premium coffee prices. read more

The baristas at this Starbucks are always so friendly and accommodating. My drink is always just the way I order it. Frequently, I get a Pike Place roast and it's never watery, which I've run into at other Starbucks. If I get an espresso drink, it's exactly what I wanted and the employees are so nice.
