I had a couple deliveries that were a couple hours apart in the area. Too far to go home, just to turn around and return. I decided to bring my Kindle and find a nearby coffee shop to kill some time. I saw a Starbucks right across the street from my next pickup. How convenient. The thing is, I'm not a fan of Starbucks. But convenience played a big factor in my decision. I was pleasantly surprised on how large the interior of the shop was. There were several tables that had nice cushy seats. I looked in the case to see what vegan baked goods they have, sadly I didn't find a coffee crumb cake or cookie. I ended up getting a plain bagel, toasted with avocado spread. The barista was helpful, since she said she was vegan and gave me options that would appeal to me. I got a seasonal coffee with oat milk. Headed to a table to read and enjoy my coffee and bagel. 2 times, once a week for the past two weeks, I've ordered oatmeal with whole milk, and in my mind it should be very simple to make. Both times were mistakes. Last week I double checked and asked if it was made with whole milk and they realized they messed up and had to remake it. I thought maybe it was a one time thing, and whatever mistakes happen. This week, on March 16th, 2026 around 7:50pm (I am writing the time so they know who was on shift) I asked for them to double check that it was made with whole milk, and they said yes. I get home and open it up to see that there was only milk, and zero oats. Just milk. In my opinion that is a ridiculously egregious mistake to make. I paid $6 for a cup of milk. Two weeks with mistakes happening is also ridiculous, I will be asking every time (even though I feel bad) for a thorough double check on my order because this just should not happen. No oats in an oatmeal order is just another level of insanity and something needs to happen to fix these mistakes. Just a cherry on top I waited close to about 7 minutes for them to fill and heat up a cup of milk. And I was the only one waiting for the majority of the time. Went to buy 2 clearance cups, iced white mochas in them and 2 pieces of banana bread. Literally had only 100 dollar bill and the gal helping me got pretty snotty and my total mind you was almost 48 dollars. She said I can't take a 100 dollar bill I don't have change. They were super busy and I told her I only had that and nothing else, her reply was to have me come back another time. Pretty rude. Then I did her job and put the cups back and I'm sorry but I come to this Starbucks then I'm in Tualatin for my orthopedic doctors appointments! No longer anymore sorry this Starbucks will no longer get my business and keep in mind I stop here for my 35 minute drive home to Salem. Absolutely the worst way to treat your customers! Also not like I'm trying to pass a bad bill I'm in my work shirt with my company logo and my name. read more

I've been here a few times in the past month, and every time I've been I've a poor experience. They gave me a pumpkin spice latte with so much cream I couldn't even taste the coffee! Sometime felt off because there was no frothy top and when I opened the lid, it smelt horrible. The last 2 times i've gone, i've gotten an order with oat milk. I am not intolerant but it has given me an upset stomach both times. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt, but when this happened, it was the only thing in my system. Next time I will voice my frustration loudly about how they must not being paying the people that work there enough if not getting a tip turns your smile upside down. 03/21/19: 4.50 out of 5 - This Starbucks is spacious and clean, but there's always room for improvement. Unfortunately, this one can be crowded. The noise level is good considering that it's a Starbucks that have free WiFi, comfortable seating and tables. Regardless, the partners are nice and, like many other Starbucks, they are consistent in making my drink right. That's what makes them great at what they do. This location is my "go-to" when I'm back in the area. read more

I ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew and it was disgusting. It tasted like there was no sweet cream at all. I tried this location because another location in Tualatin always makes it bad as well. I don't understand why this drink is such a hit or miss amongst all baristas. The other drinks I order always taste the same but the vanilla sweet cream always tastes different. It's extremely frustrating. read more

When the drive thru gets busy the traffic backs up and blocks the access to Martinazzi Square. I have seen it back up all the way onto Martinazzi Ave. They should route the drive thru customers through their parking lot to not impede the traffic. read more

There were 12+ cars in the drive-thru when I arrived the other day in the early afternoon. Inside, there was only 1 customer finishing up at the counter. A barista said she would be right with me. I waited another 5 minutes to be helped. She took my order, and I waited another 20 MINUTES before my drink was ready. In the meantime, all of the cars in the drive-thru had been served - including several more that arrived. When I tried to get someone's attention to see how long it would be until my drink was ready, I was unable to get anyone's attention. I almost left. Then after I left, I found that my Almond Milk Caramel Macchiato (with an added Equal) lacked any noticeable caramel or Equal sweetener. It tasted like an unsweetened latte. Very disappointing! In addition, although several baristas were working, I did not see one of them smile or make good eye contact with customers. I understand they were busy, but I've worked in a very busy restaurant and know it's possible to still be welcoming, friendly, and helpful. read more

I use this location a lot for work, as it's a convenient halfway point between my house and my boss's house, but I'm thinking we'll have to relocate to a different spot. While the service is friendly and there's plenty of seating, the staff is always so loud. I don't need it to be silent, but the employees shouting their conversations is distracting and makes it difficult to talk to my boss/clients or focus. read more

Love this location and visited today on a whim. I was greeted very promptly and politely, they let me know they'll take care of me in a few moments. One employee asked if I had questions and when all of that was going on I was checking my balance on my Starbucks card and all I had was $1.80! Great friendly service and quick with my drink on a Saturday morning! Only downside (as most coffee shops) is I was looking for a place to plug in my laptop to work. What a great location. I went in here and even though they were busy they were very hospitable. The place is clean and smells good. The staff in here are nice and friendly and seem like they're classy. The people employed here were very nice even when busy. For a moment they had downtime and I noticed that they were assigning floor cleaning duties. I like that. They seem like hard workers that don't take their job for granted. I usually go through the drive-through but this time I didn't have my kids so I decided to park and go inside. It smells good in there, like fresh ground coffee, when you walk in. I wanted a bag of coffee so I ordered it at the counter and the guy said 'they're over there', so I walked over and grabbed one and told the guy that I usually went through the drive-through. He smiled at me and took my coffee and ground it. When I was done getting my drinks, he handed me my freshly ground coffee, I discovered that I had made an error and grabbed the decaf bag. Oh my goodness... I couldn't believe how dumb I felt. So I kind of shrugged and grabbed the other bag to purchase since it was my mistake. He said 'well... are you going to use this one?' I told him no but I wasn't going to return it because they had just ground it for me, he told me that they could use it and warmly smiled and exchanged it for the correct package, freshly ground again, no problem. I was really impressed. He Didn't make me feel dumb for grabbing the wrong one or anything like that, he showed no annoyance and not even a little smirk at my expense. Usually the service is pretty good but last time I went by the drive through and ordered a cappuccino with coconut milk, I'm lactose intolerant, I got a cappuccino with cow milk, however the cup said coconut milk, there is a big difference on the flavor, I know it was NOT coconut milk. Starbucks isn't gourmet, so you can't have high expectations. Unfortunately, this one is the worst I've ever experienced. Even if you rate them just against other Starbucks they're bad. They consistently burn shots and ruin orders. We ordered a half sweet, nonfat mocha and they tried to give us a double sweet mocha with whole milk. Then, after ignoring us for a few minutes, they argued with us that it was nonfat. It's a shame they're close to my house. This is my home'bucks. My primary haunt for iced black coffee. The drive through line gets served at lightning speed and the interior has plenty of high back armchairs. They rarely mess up my order and I can always rely on them to have my favorite bagel. Yes, this is my home away from Keurig, and for that I am grateful. read more

Went there in early Saturday morning (9 am'ish). I expected it to be empty but, noop, it wasn't. Cars were lined up at the drive-through. Once inside, they're playing country music-kinda music in the background and a lot of folks are chatting and such. Very lively there. They have comfortable seats with electric plug-ins (ideal for long hours of surfing :)) and the wifi seems stable. I'm really happy with this Starbucks. I recently moved here to Tualatin and this location is only a few blocks away. I've been 6 times and they always are super quick, never mess up my order, and are very friendly. The one time it took a little bit longer, they gave me my drink for free! I wouldn't even say it was a long wait. More like 1.5 minutes. I look forward to many more visits to this location. read more

Wowza! Worst service I've ever had at a Starbucks. I go to Starbucks daily (I know, it's a problem). The barista at my usual Starbucks even babysits my kids now. This afternoon I was near this Starbucks, though, and decided to stay in the car with my sick kid and do the drive-through. When I gave my order (Decaf, tall, almond milk latte and a cookie-dough cake pop), there was a pause and the woman finally repeated, "Okay, a juniper latte. Is that it for you?" Uhhhh. Obviously she wasn't even listening. So I repeated "nope, decaf tall almond milk latte". Then I realized she hadn't gotten the cake pop either, so I also repeated that. When I eventually got to the window (I had time to send several emails while waiting in line, which I guess is a plus?) and they handed me my drink I saw it wasn't decaf. I told the woman working the window and she seriously argued with me!! She stood there and said "that's how you ordered it". Um, again, no. I order this every day. DECAF, tall, almond milk latte. She then rolled her eyes and said "we're making you a new one". Alrighty then. Remind me to stay far away from this location. read more

I rather like this location . It's close to my home and the staff there are very friendly and helpful. They made a wonderful drink however they did forget a straw but I'm not worried .
