This Dairy Queen is amazing. They are always helpful and polite. The shoppe is amazingly clean and there seems to be always kids in there no matter what time of day. They are our main source for ice cream cakes, and you can order a custom one as well as pick one up off the self. The store has some outside dining next to a small lake. Ice cream is good but the curly haired kid that was going take our order gave us about 2 seconds to pick what we want then made the snarky remark "take your time." and then proceed to mumble "it's not like we close soon" in a sarcastic way. Yesterday evening around 6:20 p.m. my daughter, grandson and I placed an order for 2 chili cheese dog combos and it took 3 young girls to get it done. We asked how long it would take since we had to be somewhere else shortly. One girl said "about a minute in the microwave." There was no line at that time, but then people started coming in. We sat at our table and watched sundaes and a cake being taken out while the tray with our chips sat on the counter. My daughter finally went to the counter and asked about our order. The chili dogs had never been placed in the microwave and one of the girls was putting the chili on them at that time. It took '20 MINUTES".
