This is my 2nd time coming here and both times I get back to my office and realize they forgot half the order. It's terrible to grab lunch for yourself and a co worker and then get back and they only have a small part of their meal and not enough time to go somewhere else or go back. The employee (Indian guy) started berating me stating the coupons were not transferable. My name was not on any coupons as I received them as a flyer in the mail by the USPS. The other customer & I just looked at each other as this Subway guy was going too far over a coupon. As I go to pay, I noticed a tip(I did not tip the Subway employee) on the screen of the pay machine after I tapped to pay. It was an unauthorized tip. I asked for my receipt & he wouldn't give it to me. I did snatch the receipt without touching him. As I did that he tried to take away my food that I ordered & I got that quickly as well(the food was paid for). I asked for my tip back & he said no & to get out of his store. After a minute of him getting more frustrated with me, another employee came over & told him to refund the unauthorized tip. The refund was made begrudgingly. Finally, the nasty employee told me to leave & never return. I told him gladly that I would be contacting corporate(which I have done) and writing a review for this location. I'm posting a picture of the employee so everyone knows who he is. I will never return & hope everyone does the same. That was the worst customer service Ive ever gotten from this location.
