I was able to enjoy the enchilada wrap and able to taste the actual ingredients. The staff were extremely efficient and respectful of everyone in there. I'm an old building buff and I like the way they were able to bring the Mexican atmosphere while leaving things like the original ceiling and other parts of the historic building alone. I will eat here when I'm in the Atchison area.
