First visit to any Dairy Queen! I will say the staff is awesome at this place and they get 5 STARS! The food itself gets a 3. Fries were great and crispy and the little liked the tenders. The burger was okay. Lettuce was a bit soggy in the burger and wasn't a fan of the pickles they use (and I love good pickles in my burger). However the burger patty was good. I ordered two large blizzards, both of which came out wrong. One was supposed to be a large mint Oreo with extra Oreo. There was no mint in it had to bring it back. Then when I got home, my chocolate brownie extreme with Reese's peanut butter cups was a chocolate frosted sprinkled doughnut. Nothing that I ordered. Extremely disappointed. My experience was awful. I sat in the drive through for 5 minutes until someone finally got to me. After my order was taken, one of the employees said "go to the first window bitch". The service was horrible, 3 people behind us got their food before we did. The were not in a rush at all and they were just talking and laughing instead of making our food. The drive thru is dumb. They have someone take your order before you get to the menu display, and that person doesn't even know the menu.

My wife and I love to go through the drive-thru and treat ourselves with a DQ blizzard at least once a week

Treats are excellent. Service is a bit slow. Should look at Chick-fl-A and follow their example for how to move people through the drive-thru line, like adding payment capability to the servers taking orders in the car line. read more
