I had the worst experience. Waited over 10 mins for my food and I know Sonic's policy is to get it out under 4 mins. My "dirty" Dr Pepper was mostly Dr Pepper I couldn't taste any of the dirty inside of it after I payed extra for it. My mozzarella sticks were soft and not even crispy. My friends blast wasn't even blended to the bottom and was just straight ice cream at the bottom. And the worker giving me my food was super rude and couldn't count my money. Out of all the Sonic's in the Nashville area, this location is top 3 for me. Mainly because of service, whether it be the timeliness or friendliness. Swing through here after the workday on occasion for a Sonic Blast, Milkshake and/or Cherry Limeade. All items are normally as expected - sweet and delicious! Service here is the most consistent for a Sonic. Never wait too long after pressing the button, payment is always easy and delivery is usually pretty quick. Had one off experience, but it was later in the evening and it seemed to be staffed by younger folks who didn't have the same approach as other times of day. Overall, solid Sonic. Certainly don't mind being a repeat customer to this location! read more

This carhop really tried giving me a dirty look when she brought out a my chocolate oreo blast with only 5 little oreo pieces on the top and no chocolate underneath, and I wanted it fixed. I'd like to add they first brought it out in under 60 seconds, and when I asked her to fix it, she tried telling me there was 'more underneath' and refused until I asked again. Im super gracious of people making mistakes or even rushing an order to get me to leave. I'm not a fan of a poor attiude when it isnt my job to correct the service in the first place, and when I do, insisting I 'didnt look closely enough' at the product is just plain laughable. Decent for what it is. I have a friend who is a big fan, so during his visit we took him to two Sonic locations. The location on Hillsboro Road in Franklin was considerably better. The service was good, but the food wasn't prepared as well as we had experienced at the other location. My thought at the Hillsboro Road location was, "Wow, this is much better than I expected". Some real attitude from the teenagers working here. I came at 9:49 on a Sunday night. I get it you're closing soon but all i ordered was a sweet tea. They turned off all the night at 9:59. Still no sweet tea. They came on the intercom after i paid for my drink and said they were out. No worries, I'll take a sprite. 10:06 and i press the bottom to inquire about the sprite. The guy says "what are you talking about" with attitude. I ordered a tea and swiped my card but you were out so i asked for a sprite. They audible huff and send out someone else with attitude who says nothing to me when i said thanks. Grow up guys. It cannot be that inconvenient to bring out a drink. Just crunchy nothings.... SO SAD. I got a BLT for the first time, I didn't even know that they offered BLTS. Literally the only Sonic drive in I've been to where they 1) can hear through the speakers, 2) have not screwed up the order, 3) not kept me waiting for 20 minutes for a drink. It's been what Sonic should be and unfortunately is not reflective of the other Sonics in the general area. read more

We stopped in on Sunday for milkshakes. We normally love getting milkshakes here every weekend. Unfortunately, this weekend was a disappointment. We order two milkshakes, on chocolate Oreo for my wife, and I ordered a strawberry shake. My wife said her's tasted really weird and asked me to take a sip. Sure enough, it was terrible! I tasted mine and it was just as bad. After examining the contents, we found that Sonic had made the milkshakes with soured milk! The shakes literally had clumps in them! I think we'll try another place for our weekend milkshakes from now on... yuck! read more

The staff are not the most social but I am happy my meals have always made it to me hot and my drinks have always been great! They have stopped offering sizes larger than a medium for Shakes and Blasts. They are now offering you a medium at the same price that a Large used to be. When I complained to corporate they wrote back and said 'We have adjusted our dessert sizes to provide a better product'. PFFT. With mediums now being the same price as Larges used to be it is obvious you did it to increase profit, the product is the same as it was. read more

I love going to sonic once every weekend. The food always tastes good and the employees are in a good mood. The one time I walk there, the woman delivering our food was not in the best mood and did not even bring all of me and my friends food out. We asked her that we did not get all of our food, being polite since it happens. She does not care about what we say and proceeds to call us dumb a words. This Sonic has the rudest employees I have dealt with, with this entity. We are regulars and after multiple attempts to want to like this location each visit never fails. Attitudes, sass, and carelessness is the only service we have gotten. For instance, dropping off food and running away before we can say anything... SOOOOO incredibly awesome in every way. I came here ALL throughout my high school years. The Happy Hour deals are awesome, the food is delicious, and the service always comes out with a smile. Even though I live in Boston now where there is no Sonic I still frequently dream of this place. I still come back to TN a lot and this is literally my first stop. When being picked up at the airport I demand to either be given a watermelon cream slush before I step foot in the car or at least be immediately taken here. What more can I say? I usually don't post reviews. I'm not the type to even shame businesses for a bad visit. It happens. This just really sucked though. Our family ordered a variety of menu items.. I've been to sonic dozens of times. Every item was stale. Lukewarm. Attendant forgot sauces, when I clearly articulated it during an order. They just need to make sure the food and service is a higher quality. I've had good experiences at this sonic before. But this was just notably bad. read more

I love sonic, but I went to this one and was completely disappointed. The man on the speaker was rude, did not listen to our order correctly, said he didn't make what I always get from sonic, and proceeded to bring all the wrong sizes out. Such a great place to eat! The consistency for the pleasure my stomach receives has been unmatched. I have traveled a lot and been to places like whataburger which has been praised by all of my Texas friends, but Sonic remains underrated. I will eat here 10/10 times over whataburger or any other fast food place! Their French fries remain on the top of my list and their ability to serve breakfast and regular means all day is by far the greatest service accomplished by any fast food place. I drove up around 1030 and finally had to ask a worker to be helped around 11. At 1115 I'd had enough and just left. Terrible service

After working a late night shift ourselves, we arrived at 11:10 pm with several other cars waiting for service as well. After buzzing the call button TWICE and waiting for another 15 minutes with no reply a teenage girl came out and told a few of the people waiting at the outdoor seating that they closed at 11, we just happened to overhear this conversation. The night shift manager was ignoring everyone and nobody even bothered to tell us or the other cars that they were "closed" despite the fact that they are supposed to be open till 12. This is the most pathetic excuse for widely established chain. Not only were the workers lazy, but they also seem to have no problem lying to their customers. You can't even consider it as poor customer service because there was absolutely zero. read more
