Just grabbed a great Bigger Plate from Panda Express via the drive-thru (10/24 at 4:52 pm)! The service was excellent from start to finish. I was greeted promptly and courteously at the speaker, which along with the menu was noticeably clean. My order was the Bigger Plate ($12.19 after rewards discount) with fried rice, the new crispy beef and shrimp (a $1.60 upcharge), orange chicken, and grilled teriyaki chicken. Everything was fresh and hot. The staff, especially Leslie, was very friendly, professional, and helpful. Overall, the service and food quality is excellent at this location. The Bigger Plate is definitely big--enough food for 2-3 people depending on your appetite! Will absolutely return. read more

How disappointing! I ordered the new menu item crispy chili shrimp and received a burnt version. The red bell peppers and the garlic totally burned and black! See photo. Cross contamination and drive Thru Wait = I may never go back to this location. First: why didn't they get a 1. They are trying hard and keeping their head held high. Everywhere is understaffed. They allegedly close at 10:00pm, but we came just atter 9:00pm, and at least half the chairs were turned upside down on the tables. Also, they don't cook anything else after 9:00, as they announced that they were out of just about everything. She answered at the drive thru with, "The only thing we have left is ..." If they closed at 9:30, l'd understand that. Nothing says, "I don't want you here" more succinctly than putting the chairs up and to stop serving food. No thanks. Normally at this location, I typically have superb customer service and a great dining experience. I eat with this restaurant at least 2x per week and place business orders. Today was the absolute worst. My online order was not ready when I arrived and Adda acted as if she did not care and could not be bothered to take care of a customer. She dismissed me and I asked to speak to a manager and she said no, she is in a meeting. I told Adda to go let the manager know she has a customer that needs to speak to her. My wife and I have been coming to this location in Hiram for years. Food is usually fresh and very flavorful. Came here solo today as i was craving some Panda express. I usually only get the Kung Pao chicken as it's a never fail all around good meal. Today I had the Kung Pao and also the Beijing beef, which I have had a few times. The kung pao was good as usual, but the Beijing beef was a lot more dry, almost like the meat was overcooked, or maybe it sat under the heat lamp too long. The server behind the counter (Edda) is a great representative of who you would want serving your customers; she was very polite and extremely professional, she even walked the dining area and asked how everyone was doing. Hopefully they will keep her here and pay attention to her and reward her appropriately. Maybe I went too late. The only positive was the young lady who took my order. I ordered beef and broccoli, through the take out window. When I got home and looked at the food, I had 5 stalks of broccoli, and 3 small stripes of beef, along with rice. The food was horrible, the rice was stale, and as i stated the beef wasn't there. As I was chewing I felt something hard and pulled out a dime sized piece of black plastic (Picture Attached). I ordered Kung Pao chicken and Beijing beef with steamed rice an egg roll and crab rangoons. They started off giving me fried rice... then dumped the rice off my plate into the rice bin, then scooped up some steamed rice on the same plate. Gave me the rest of my order. It came to over $14.00( I had lunch at a real Japanese steakhouse for that including tip earlier this week and it rocked) the king Pao chicken was undercooked and extremely bland - I had a couple bites then thought I didn't need to press my luck. The Beijing beef was ok. The chicken egg roll- I've had better at race track off their hot dog rollers. The crab rangoons were unlike anything I've had in 30 years of having them. This meal was absolutely terrible. It was about 1120 so it's not like the food had been sitting in steam tables all day, this food was truly terrible. The second time they only provided attention to the check out so it took 30 minutes and they were out of a lot of food. The only reason I gave this 2 stars was because of the serving staff. The cooks couldn't keep up with the demand and was making the wait over 15 minutes. When we finally got our food it was ice cold because the cooks didn't cook it all of the way. The women behind the counter serving the food felt bad and were put in a bad situation because of the cooks. The food wasn't good, the rice was hard, the lo mein was hard and cold and the orange chicken was very spicy and had visible hot peppers in it. I spent $40 to feed 3 adults and a toddler and could have gone to a much better place for the money. Janet did come over to our table with hot new food and was extremely apologetic.
