The staff there is extremely rude. I go through drive through only for fries. I was excited I didn't have to wait long like normal.. well my fries were ice cold!! They never never open on time on Sundays! Even if it's 10min after they open they say oh.. fryers aren't ready cook just came in! Really? U work there and u don't know how??lazyyyy!!!!! AWFUL! The whole staff including the manager was SUPER rude. We walked in a little before 7:30pm and some jerk employee immediately yelled at us that the lobby is closed and that we can't eat inside. So we said we'd order food to go. We were standing in line for a awhile and another employee arbitrarily decided that the people in front of us were the last people they were going to serve. We even clarified that we walked in before 7:30 and asked "now you're saying that you're not going to serve us?" She responded with just, "yes". Avoid this place like the plague. The whole staff needs etiquette training, stress management training, and major life skills. I've NEVER had a young man disrespect me the way that he did and I would be ASHAMED if I was his mother. It was a good teaching moment for my kids to show them how NOT to act and how not to speak to other people--especially my young men on how NOT to speak to a woman and show courtesy and respect. In my entire 18 years of food service experience as a manager--I've NEVER seen anything quite like the way this entire staff decided to treat customers the night of 5/21/23. Never. Came through the drive thru to get a chicken strip basket I asked 3 different times for an extra ranch and was never given it the bread is stale and fries taste as if they have been sitting under a heat lamp for 2 hours and then proceeded to serve them to me absolutely disgusting and I don't understand why this place has gone so downhill.. 3-4 years ago they had some of the very best fast food in Huron now it's a waste of $ u never get what u ask for or the food is dead as in it's been sitting for over 10-15mins under a heat lamp you DO NOT serve dead food if it sits under a heat lamp for more than 5 mins u are supposed to remake the food because it's technically (dead) not to mention the last 3 times I've went the Dr Pepper doesn't even taste like Dr Pepper it's hardly even drinkable. did an on-line and they didn't include our blizzards. I called to request a refund on credit card and they didn't have a manager to credit account. I guess they have nobody running the store so good luck getting your orders correct. or refunds for items not included. This isn't the first time them have done this but it will be the last time. I'd give this place 0 stars if it was an option. Waited in line for 20 mins to get my ice cream which is fine I get it, it's summer. But it looks like they made the blizzard when I ordered it and let it sit there for 20 mins. Everything we had was tasty, and unlike some of the other reviews, experienced nearly the "attitude" nor "service" issues. That said, were here on a Monday at 3 pm so how high stress can it truly be? Great food! Seriously. Most fast food places serve the most "meh" food. Obviously, the food here isn't gonna blow your mind. But, it's always fresh. Always piping hot. The only reason I'm not rating this a 5 is due to the cleanliness of the booths. They could use a little work. Usually they're good about keeping it clean here though. read more

On Mon 5/13/2019 I went to this DQ and was served a not so good #3 combo fries were cold and dry, burger was cold cheese was right out of cooler cold. The bun was stale and the ketchup was a pita to open, the service was fast less than 2 min makes me see why the burger and fries were cold. Awful service! Waited a long time to place order in lobby. I had to have them remake my daughter's blizzard. It was over mixed and a huge mess. My funnel cake hardly had ice cream. I had to demand more ice cream. I usually drive the extra 20 min for this one vs 10 min for Cedar Point owned one. Never again! read more

A bunch of teenagers running the place. Went through the drive through, no cars in front of us and barely anyone in the parking lot, and we're told to wait. We were never actually greeted, neither while ordering or picking up. After taking payment she forgot what else we had ordered. My medium sundae was tiny (I'd hate to see a small!) and our chocolate shake was practically melted because it was sitting on the counter and she forgot to give it to us.
