After spending sometime outside walking the trails in the summer heat, we were ready for a nice, cold treat. We stopped by because they were running a July 4th and 5th special for the Stars & Stripes Misty Slush Float for just $2.50. It defined for the holiday theme, so we ordered four of them, and the total came to about $10.75. The restaurant wasn't very busy at this time, service was good, there wasn't any line to order. We waited for a bit for our order to be ready so we grabbed a seat. Eventually, an employee called our order number and then brought the drinks over where we were sitting, how nice! The floats looked festive with their bright red, white, and blue colors, topped with a dollop of vanilla ice cream and cute patriotic star sprinkles. They came with both a spoon and a straw. It was the perfect combination of an icy slush and creamy ice cream. I stirred mine together until everything was mixed. I was able to enjoy it through the straw this way, and I enjoyed it. It was smooth, refreshing, and absolutely delicious. My family really enjoyed their float. It was the perfect way to cool off after being outside in the heat. The inside of this Dairy Queen was clean and well maintained, with booths available for seating to dine in. They also had a clean single person women's restroom, which was appreciated since this was our pit stop after being outside for awhile. read more

I ordered a chicken strip combo meal ....after i sat down I noticed they hadn't given me any bbq sauce. I went back to the counter and asked for some and was told I would have to pay for it. ??? Couldn't believe ordering strips and have to pay for the sauce. I told them they could either stick the strips, or refund my money. I asked for the manager and she said I could have a refund but also said I couldn't say something like i did to her employee and to never to come back. I told her "no problem I wouldn't be back "and also told her that even McDonalds, her competitor down the street offered bbq sauce with their meal ....I ended up taking the food home without touching it and feeding it to my German Shepherd. Workers were so rude. When my sister and I asked for a drink carrier for our 5 drinks they looked at us like we were super stupid. Our icecream was completely melted when they gave it to us. Avoid this place!!! read more

Amber the manager in charge for today was extremely rude and unprofessional. I came in yesterday and they forgot my crispy won my salad and the manager I talked to didn't write down my name. I asked for a person in charge number and she refused but said I could call corporate and I asked for the number and she said I could look it up online. Will never ever go back to that location and called corporate over this. I highly suggest no one else go to this location. read more

Got sundae before food. I wanted them after. Ordered chicken tenders with gravy dipping sauce. Chicken strips were great but gravy was just milk with salt and pepper! Nasty! One woman in their. I stopped here for a quick lunch before a meeting. After an hour's drive I go to the men's room first. No hand towels. I go to the counter and tell the cashier who appears to be the manager. She's taken back a bit but cheerfully takes my order. My chocolate sundae comes out first way ahead of my food. It's busy so I watch my sundae melt waiting for my food. Once it arrives, the chicken tenders are hot (good). The package of honey mustard has a small hole poked through the seal, large enough to easily be noticed. I don't use it. I reach for the ketchup. It's empty. These are just little things but together they demonstrate a lack of attention and just plain laziness. Makes one wonder what else is lacking attention. read more

This location is literally the WORST! They have the worst employee's at night. I (33 yrs old) and a group of church youth group members were refused service if we wanted to eat there. they said we had to take it to go because they "close" at 9:00 which is a complete lie because they close at 10. This wasn't the first time some of us have experienced this either. A different time we were refused food bc "the grill was closed" and then the people who came in after us was supplied food. I completely love that places hire teenagers but when they are lazy and shut down and close when they aren't supposed to and pick and choose who they serve its a problem. Never going there again. Worst Dairy Queen I've ever been to. My boyfriend and I went in for a late night ice-cream and got there about 20 minutes before close and the lobby was full and the line was long so we figured it would be fine so we hopped in line and began planing out our order. We finally get up to the register and are told they can't serve us because they closed at 10, naturally I ask for an exception considering it was just then 10 but we were rudely told they had shut all the machines off so we go to leave and the workers had already locked all the doors.
