She was very sweet I wish I caught her name. However the food was awful so it wasn't even worth the wait my chicken tenders were overcooked and rubbery and the root beer just wasn't right, it's a&w that's the one thing I thought I could count on. Maybe just a bad night but as somebody out of town I will be taking note to never return when I'm here for business trips.

The burgers were quite tasty, I can see how the butter would enhance the overall flavor of the burger, however, the quality of the beef patty seems comparable to other fast food joints. The cheese curds, on the other hand, was a revelation. They were hot, melty, and delicious. The custard was okay. The texture seems denser than ice cream and it was a tad too sweet for me. My chili dog was small and the cheese was slices of American cheese vs. shredded cheese you find on such items at other places. It was OK. The raspberry malt was better. After a fairly long wait at the drive through, the man who took our order was very rude, condescending, and hostile. I tried to ask him a question after giving my order, and he interrupted me to give me a lecture about how I was doing it all wrong (apparently, he thought I was trying to rush on to another order...I wasn't). So after giving him the drink order he apparently thought I was trying to rush past, I then asked if we could get curly fries. My daughter wanted me to ask and I couldn't imagine what the harm would be. A simple 'no' would have sufficed...but I got another condescending lecture that ended with 'we are NOT an Arby's.' I asked him is he was really angry but he didn't hear and just kept talking over me This man sounded hostile enough that my daughter was legit quite anxious and uncomfortable as we waited to get the order. I will say that the person working the cash register was very nice and politely fixed the order that the first employee must have been too busy taking his frustrations out on us to take down correctly.
