I went through the drive thru. Got a chicken special and a blizzard. 18 dollars... the food was cold and the toast was burnt. I will never return not because of this, the people that was working on the 21 june at 17:30. That we're fixing the food we're dress like bums the guys hair was like a gangster. No one was there precooked food that sets in the try should not be served after to the drive thru.. it was dried out and old unbelievable. I've looked at the reviews from previous customers. This shouldn't be happening. The owner is not hand on I can tell.. I will make sure everyone, I work with and know. Get the input from this food establishment. Really disappointed. The owner should hire folks that have pride in what they do for a profession. The owners and GM need to hire better people. read more

I recently visited Dairy Queen in Lawton with high hopes, but sadly, my experience fell short of expectations. The staff seemed disinterested in helping customers. We asked for an extra onion ring and extra ranch when we pulled up to the front and got our bag of food there was no ranch and no extra onion ring when we requested ranch we were told we have to pay to get the extra ranch which is fine idc then we could hear one of the workers complaining to the person working the window about us ordering ranch and she was VERY snotty about it. I was also particularly excited about their fries because usually they are pretty good by this time they were clumped together and pretty cold and tasted pretty bland. definitely would NOT recommend read more

The food here is always made wrong. They can never get an order right. The service is slow...... and the employees are either on their phones or look high. Out running errands you always seem to get hungry. We were super pleased to see a DQ....hadn't bern to one in years and remembered it was always awesome. We pulled in through drive through and $16 later had our food. Needing to eat on the go, we continued our errands. My husband...starving...immediately open the bag and pulled out his burger... ICE COLD. cheese wasn't even melted between the patties & it was saturated in ketchup. The fries...so cold and nasty the dog wouldnt even eat them. I called immediately ..and of course no answer. So..being hungry..we ate this cold unsatisfying meal. It took an hour for them to finally answer the phone. And since we ate the cold nasty food they would not even offer a discount or any sort of compensation & told me...well its your fault for eating it. We wont be making that mistake again..& i hope others can learn from our experience and avoid DQ all together. read more

Probably the worst DQ I have ever been to. I have been there a few times just to make sure they weren't just having a bad day. Pretty much every time you go in there it is not the cleanest. They may not be busy but you will wait forever for your food, the main reason for that when you start to pay attention is that most the time they are on there phones as well as a lot of goofing around in the back. Some other occasion we went for ice cream and was again waiting forever and then I noticed that they just let the ice cream sit on the counter for a long time. There leadership doesn't seem to care which is why there employee's could care less. read more

When it's busy the cashiers can get a little bit flustered they don't take the time to get everything you need and you have to remind them that your not done ordering yet. Nobody goes to DQ for the same burger you can get at BK, or the chicken tenders that everyone agrees 'lacks chicken taste,' but boy are the steak fingers and gravy a little slice of home. Quite literally. For whatever reason, the moment you cross the TX border, the steak finger get about twice as big for the same price. But that's still not why you eat at DQ... You crave that blizzard. Always delicious, until you get two inches in, hit plain soft-serve, and realize your choice of mix was really just a topping.
