I ordered a hot dog meal and two blizzards through their app. I arrived and was informed when entering they were out of onion rings and offered me either cheese curds or fries. I chose fries which they had to make while my hot dog sat on the counter getting cold. After I got home I opened the hot dog to realize it was merely a wiener and bun. No condiments at all. Have gotten ice cream cones at many DQ's across the country, but first time at this location. Staff was nice, but ice cream cones were undersized. Don't know if this was just poor training, or management trying to save 3 cents by reducing the serving size. In either case, it's not good for business. DQ is always a treat...but this location- The dining room was dim, like they either didn't want to waste electricity or the lights were broken. Also, when our treats were ready they never called out ticket number...the ice cream just sat there. Great treats, bad location. read more

I used to go here and take my grand kids to eat and get icecream. Every time I go buy the dining room isn't open. If you drive through and get icecream then you have to find some where to go and eat it because you can't circle back into the parking lot and when it was open the service was slow but my grandchildren liked the icecream. Haven't been there in over a year and don't plan on going back. I take my grandchildren to buster's for icecream. Its quicker and u can set there and eat it.and the grands love it And u can go any where and get just as good hamburger or hotdogs and won't go to sleep waiting for it like my wife said if they don't straighten up won't be open long. If you want to order anything from here be prepared to wait an average of 30min or more no matter what, i just waited 45min in line for a single blizzard and some fries, 25min of which was spent waiting after i ordered. this is a very regular occurrence at this location, they are not capable of running the store efficiently or in any way quickly, thankfully they've never messed up my order, but i keep trying to give them chances because i love dairy queen, but i just wasted my entire break at work and was late getting back because of this. they need to hire more people or better equip that restaurant to handle business, because currently they are failing at it. read more

I take my grandkids there frequently. They love blizzards but they also like the soft serve cones, both vanilla & chocolate. The last few times we have gone to get cones, the vanilla ice cream doesn't have that velvet-life texture. The ice cream is off-white and gritty-- after a few bites, I could not eat mine and threw the whole cone in the trash. The blizzards can be disguised but the taste is a factor. The little kids don't know the difference but I just can't stand to look at it so we will go for ice cream at other places. Hope they get their act together. I can deal with slow service --there is usually a reason because they stay busy but I cannot deal with nasty ice cream. DQ has always been our favorite place for ice cream treats. read more

Can I take away stars? Like they owe me some stars. The restaurant was not busy inside. Perhaps the drive thru was. We entered and stood there for 10 minutes. The entire time employees kept coming to the doorway and looking at us. They refused to wait on us. REFUSED! My receipt said the employees Name was Mahogany. Lmao well the young guy that came up certainly couldn't have been named Mahogany. He came over to wait on us from the drive thru. There were 2 employees sitting in the dining room watching it all happen. It was incredible and rude. Do yourself a favor. Google sweet frog it's down the road a few miles. Everybody knows DQ for the blizzards and there always good here. I have to admit I don't come here for the food but is passable if you had to eat something. I look at DQ as a once in a blue moon kinda thing and it's usually blizzards or some type of ice-cream and for that you can't go wrong. read more
