Me and my boys came into this establishment after running across the loudest street known to man, and ordered separately to Ian (the goat). Once we all sat down, we noticed something utterly impossible, and yet elegant. All of our order receipts were order 67. The pure joy across our faces showed that we were going to have a good time, and a good time we had. I ate my chili dog and we all laughed at genuinely nothing. The Dairy Queen is in a small lot right next to a gas station and has a drive through. I've seen a the drive thru during peak hours wrap around the building.We ended up going on Miracle treat day. When you buy a blizzard money is donated to local children's hospital. I recently added the app on my phone and bought mom a blizzard. They have some great deals on the app like spend $1 get a dipped cone. Sometimes we partake in snacks there as well. The transaction was quick and easy. I walked in and was greeted by a young man. Went here bought two parm tender meals when I got home the meals were the complete opposite of what I ordered probaly because the kids working there were huddled up just taking and laughing and the manager I had a talk with didn't understand that this location is super far from my home so when I told her I couldn't back for the right meals she said there was nothing else she could do she didn't really seem interested in the conversation and sounded like she wanted to be off the phone I don't recommend this location their customer service is horrid. read more

I didn't inspect the ice cream prior to leaving, assuming it was the correct order, drove across town and was extremely let down when I got home. When there is an error, it is all about recovery. Came here for my son's birthday cake which I ordered 2 weeks ago. When they brought it to me, we realized I ordered a sheet cake and received a round cake. The manager pulled my paperwork and noted they definitely made a mistake and immediately suggest they give me a second round cake to make up for it. They also apologized many times. We have visited this DQ for the last two Wednesdays. This place is packed. Orders at the drive thru, over Door Dash and Grub Hub, and inside at the counter. These employees have great attitudes despite being swamped. I mean swamped with orders. Food is always good and service is amazing. They smile, apologize for the waiting time and just keep moving. A week ago, they reopened the inside of the restaurant to customers. Before that, it had been drive-thru only because of the pandemic. In the past 18 months, so many fast-food restaurants have given me incomplete orders that I prefer to go in to a restaurant, in person, rather than circle through the drive through a second time to get my missing items. Tonight, I was pleasantly surprised that my order was complete and completely correct, even with customizations when I bought dinner and dessert for my family. I was there yesterday with my son, and servers Milo and Kaylee are so nice! Like old-school polite, friendly - we had meals with ice cream and Kaylee offered to get the ice cream when we were done with lunch so it wouldn't melt. How nice was that?? When I went to the counter later to get ice cream, Milo offered to bring it to us. In a time when customer service is not great, this was SUCH a wonderful experience. So, I have come to this DQ (the only one in Parker) many times over the years. The prices seem somewhat higher than other DQ's, but they are the only one around for miles. The staff are generally friendly, and the seating area is fine. My blizzards, cones, etc. have all been good over the years. The worst feature of this particular DQ is the placement of the drive-thru entrance. You are supposed to enter from the street (not the lot). This generally means making a very sharp turn to make the entrance. Once more than a couple cars are in line, you are now blocking the parking lot entrance and street. If other customers decide to ignore the preferred entrance, and get in line from the lot, you have now achieved gridlock. These other customers will soon find they are blocking the cars of people trying to back out of the most desirable parking spots. Once you are in the drive-thru chute, be very careful not to scrub your tires on the high curbs and sharp turn. read more

The review is for the birthday cakes because that is all we've ordered there so far. The staff we interacted with was friendly both over the phone and in person. The person who does the cakes does a good job at trying to give you what you asked for. The cakes tasted nice and were done well. We asked for extra crunchy chocolate filling, fudge and frosting, they did not disappoint. I've tried ordering from other DQ's that were not as friendly, easy going about the designs or as prompt with the orders. Just when I thought that it couldn't get any better, DQ comes up with an even more addicting Blizzard. Usually, I get a mini Choco Brownie Extreme Blizzard via the drive thru. It is fantastic and at 400 calories I can usually budget it into my food diary for the day. Today, I had a mini Double Fudge Cookie Dough Blizzard. It's well worth the 470 calories. I guess I'll have to have one less apple today to compensate for the extra 70 calories...tough choice....NOT!!! This Blizzard is so delicious that somehow my car kept on trying to drive back to DQ for seconds. I must have one of those new smart cars or something, because I really did everything I physically could to prevent "the car" from going back for seconds. I have yet to come to this dairy queen and leave with some issue. Most recently my wife and I ordered 2 meals and a side of cheese curds to split. We both ordered sprite and without letting us know, they gave us Sierra mist (sprite is advertised on their drink menu though?) then when we got our food they ended up substituting the cheese curds for my meals side. Yet they still charged us for the side of cheese curds. Their half-assed attempt at customer service aside let's talk food. Don't even bother getting any sort of chicken unless you really like dry bricks that lack the taste of chicken. Most of the other items we had were OK, as long as you don't have any specific instructions like no condiments or something like that. If you don't like how it's served, don't bother. My wife and I have always been fans of the franchise but until this location hires someone other than just high school kids who are joking around and unable to get a single order right, we won't be back and I recommend that you don't either. The McDonald's on Jordan and Lincoln or the burger King on Parker road are all superior options since the customer service here is just so absolutely lacking. Fast food restaurants are a great opportunity for the local high school kids to get their first job, but almost every time I'm in the restaurant or at the drive through it looks more like an after school hangout than a workplace. read more

Unfortunately the credit card statement matched the higher receipt so I paid for someone else's dinner when all I ordered was ice cream for my kids. I also notice how she never stops working she is always willing to help others cleans multi tasks. My family and I come here several times a week. I thought I would try this Dairy Queen for the first time since I moved here a couple of years ago. The prices are absolutely over-the-top outrageous even for this already overpriced area. Almost 5.50 for a small Blizzard. A box of 6 Dilly Bars is over $10. And the young lady had the nerve to tell me that quote, because the city is growing prices are just going to go up. Greed, anyone? With those prices they should be able to fix the huge divot in the Drive-Thru Lane and reattach the donation boxes hanging under the drive-thru window and about to fall off.
