They suck. The guy is rude and my pretzels were overcooked and I asked for extra cinnamon sugar and got barely any. Not again.

Had a small lunch with my friend. I tried the Dubai milkshake and chicken nuggets. The nuggets were…read morealright with tender chicken, but it looked a bit dark and small. The Dubai milkshake looked good and was pretty delicious with the pistachios and chocolate. But it was quite thick and a bit hard to drink. But then when the ice melted, it did get a bit watery. It was still enjoyable. It was quite expensive though as the milkshake was $10 and the chicken nuggets was about $6. For the same price I could have got in a cocktail during happy hour at another nice restaurant. Service was pretty good. We ordered though the kiosk, picked a number, sat in the table, and then they deliver it. There was a good amount of tables, and we watched a horse racing on the TV. I still like Shake Shack and the food and shake was enjoyable, even though quite expensive. I will visit another Shake Shack again, but maybe in a different location that has lower prices. Overall: B-

I decided to stop by Shake Shack, but I was shocked by the prices. I pulled into the drive through…read moreand saw that a burger, fries, and a drink were nearly $19.99 before tax. After tax, the total would have been $21 for a single meal. That is difficult to justify for what is still considered fast food. For a family of four, especially if the kids wanted shakes, the total could easily reach or exceed $100. That is simply outside the budget of many average families. Unfortunately, the customer service at this location does not improve the experience. The employees are rude and unwelcoming, which makes visiting inside even more dissapointing. When I was asked, "How can I help you?" I responded, "You can't with these prices," and decided to leave without ordering. I understand that restaurants have experienced rising costs, but these prices seem excessive for a FAST FOOD restaurant. While the food may be good, I cannot justify paying over $20 for a single meal. At these prices, I will be spending my money elsewhere.

They handle a steady stream of walk-in customers along with mobile orders, app pickups, DoorDash, and other delivery services. Despite the constant rush, the staff always does a great job keeping things moving while remaining friendly and professional. The service is consistently fast, the employees are welcoming, and the sandwich selection offers something for just about everyone. In a time when food prices seem to climb every week, Snarf's still delivers quality ingredients and satisfying portions at a reasonable price. I've been a fan since the early Boulder days, so it's great to see Snarf's expand into communities like Castle Rock. There's something comforting about grabbing a hot sandwich made with fresh ingredients and knowing exactly what you're going to get every time. While I'm definitely not a vegetarian, one of my longtime favorites is the Eggplant Parmesan with hot peppers. It's packed with flavor and proof that you don't need meat to make an outstanding sandwich. Another thing I appreciate about this location is the amount of seating available. There's ample space inside along with a nice outdoor patio, so even during busy periods it rarely feels overcrowded. The vibe is relaxed, casual, and unpretentious~exactly what you want from a neighborhood sandwich shop. Grab a hot sandwich, kick back, and enjoy the laid-back atmosphere. If you're looking for a reliable spot for a great sandwich, Snarf's Castle Rock is worth the stop. Castle Rock is lucky to have one~I'll definitely be back. Sorry , One day I will remember to take pictures of the food...I literally Snarf down [PUN INTENDED] my food because its sooo good and forget the photo opportunity. My bad!

Patio dining available and dogs are welcome on the patio. Order taken efficiently and she was so nice because she remembered I was taking the sandwich home to my husband so she asked if I wanted the au jus sauce container wrapped so it didn't spill. The sandwich maker had just set the food on the counter after calling my name. That little touch of care earned them five stars.
