He offered no assistance, announced that he needed to go somewhere else in the building "to work on something," and, while walking away, asked someone else to help me. After all that buildup, I was surprised to find only about eight varieties of fudge. At $20 per pound, you'd better hope one of those limited choices sends you over the moon--because the counter service certainly won't.
