Main reason it's so large is because it's packed with protein. Second, the menu has a variety of items ranging from tacos/quesadillas to sandwiches, to noodles/rice, to chicken wings; so there's something for everyone here. And third, the flavors/taste of the eats. The combination fried udon is packed with shrimp/chicken/filet and all the meats are tender along with the noodles and veggies with this sweet/sour/spicy flavor that will knock out your taste buds. From what I read, all the noodle/rice dishes are similar to this. I also saw someone get the quesadilla which was huge and they immediately went silent when eating it cause they couldn't stop stuffing it in their mouth. I chose not to make a scene for my daughter's sake and finished ordering. However, things got worse when she came back from the restroom and told me the same employee was nearby blowing clouds from his mouth, which was concerning in a restaurant setting. Overall, between the unprofessional behavior, inappropriate language, and the food not being up to par, while the restaurant was clean, the prices seem to be high and the experience was very poor.
