BEST PLACE EVER!!! ive hated sandwiches my whole life but since i started coming here my opinion has changed!! best service ever!!!!

Sandwiches are good. Servers are friendly. I have not had any negative experiences with this location.

My go to sub sandwich place. Superior to Subway and others. The bread is soft yet sturdy and great flavor. I usually get the Club Sub or Ham and Provolone. I add extra meat any Mayo and have it Mike style. It really is satisfying and sometimes I have a half left and it stores well for next day. The brownie is yummy also. I went in store to order my sub today. there was a young man, Mike, taking orders & slicing meat. He was so positive & friendly, I told him it looks like you enjoy your job! I've been ordering from this particular Jersey Mikes since it opened a few years ago and it was almost always ready when I went to pick up this time I ordered my sandwich at 2PM and was supposed to have the sandwich ready at 215 I didn't get to the store until 223 and the sandwich (1 sandwich) wasn't ready until 235 so I waited 12 minutes and 18 minutes past the promised time during which time my truck was running and my groceries were sitting in a hot vehicle AND then the employees were rude and acted like I shouldn't have been upset with waiting and made rude condescending comments when I was leaving suffice it to say I will never order from this store again read more

Service here is good and Jersey Mike's bring a taste of New Jersey throughout this country as this chain continues to grow by leaps and bounds. New Jersey has the best subs, at least in my opinion. Sure, maybe I am biased, having bern born and raised in the Garden State (stop snickering, that's the nickname New Jersey has and I assure you that New Jersey is more than pollution, arrogant drunks on the beach, and attitude). While Jersey Mike's certainly is not the best sub in New Jersey, they usually are the best sub in other states. This location is friendly and the subs are good. The two that I usually get are either the Italian or the Big Kahuna cheesesteak. You can't go wrong with either. If you want a more healthy option, their turkey is good and 99% fat free. The decor is simple, but it works. All in all, I recommend this place. read more

Went into this Jersey Mike's at about 2:05pm. There was one customer who was leaving and 4 employees. A couple of the employees looked at me, so they knew I was there. Never said a word to me . Never said hi or be right with Ty. Nothing. They just continue talking to each other. Someone should tell these people the reason they are there is to take care of their customers not to socialize. I will probably never go to this Jersey Mike's again Would give them no stars if that was a choice read more

Workers at Friendswood Jersey Mikes are the best!! My son got his jaw broken playing lacrosse and had to have his mouth wired shut. Today after leaving the oral surgeon and finally having the wires removed he wanted to go to Jersey Mikes and get a sandwhich. The guy waiting on us was making small talk and asked what we were up to today. my son told him the whole story (his lips were still swollen and he was slurring his words, post surgery). The manager came out from the back and said, "you mean you've had your mouth wired shut and just left surgery and came to Jersey Mikes? That's the greatest story I've ever heard. Your lunch is on the house!" and picked up the bill for our lunch. Very cool!!! read more

What sets this place apart from the other sandwich shops is their bread. Perfect homemade deliciousness! The perfecting of taste doesn't end there though. The first time I went, I believe I got a roast beef sandwich with a bunch of fixins on it - one of which being the shredded fresh lettuce; another small thing that makes a big difference. It was so good! Major comfort food. Then yesterday I got their "Big Kahuna" Philly cheesesteak. I'm always wary about cheesesteaks, having had the 2 best ones in Philly... many fall extremely short. I was told Jersey Mike's was fantastic so I got that and added banana peppers to it. HOLY SH!T is that an amazing cheesesteak! I usually am content with the mini size - I ordered a regular size thinking I'd save half for later on. No, I ate the whole damn thing in one sitting. Well f-ing done, Jersey Mike's. I'm going to have a tough time ordering anything else on your menu from now on! I placed an order with Uber Eats. We eat at Jersey Mike's probably 10 times a month. Today I was at my house in Friendswood. When I ordered it was a Buffalo Chicken and a Ranch chicken melt. It ordered from the store on Bay Area Blvd instead of the store beside my home on Friendswood Blvd. I cancelled 30 seconds after placing my order so I could get it from the correct store. Uber Eats charged me for the entire order after Uber called the store and the store stated that the order was already made. It was 30 Seconds!!! read more

Best sandwiches in Friendswood! Great employees! Ambiance. The staff was super nice and talkative and I was in and out in five minutes even though they were slammed packed the sandwiches are always consistent and fresh ingredients and no I do not know anyone that works there. Will not ever go back to a subway, and yes I'm saying never. The newest Jersey Mike's Subs is up and running. Fully staffed order takers, sandwich makers, & cashier. Jersey Mike's makes traditional East Coast subs and cheese steaks and does a great job of it. The shop is clean and restrooms are clean. This shop is in a strip center and parking is tight in front, but there is ample parking behind the center and there are rear customer entrance doors. I had a great (#17) steak sandwich except for one thing: no ketchup in the store. This isn't Subway. A steak sandwich shop with roots in New Jersey should have ketchup (packets) available for the steak sandwiches. Other than that, there's a sandwich here for everyone. read more

Good place, owners are local, well one is. Husband wife duo lives here in town. This is a good place for hoagies cheese steaks even salads. Staff is courteous friendly. The owner is very nice and friendly. I'm not a big meat eater so when I asked for very little turkey they only charged me for a mini sub, even though I got a regular. That was a pleasant surprise! Excellent customer service and delicious subs! I do think it was a little pricey, but once we started eating we didn't think twice about the cost. I got the big kahuna (no jaleps) and my husband got the club sub. We were both very impressed!! We liked it so much were going back tomorrow night to get the sandwich each other got bc they were so good lol! Anytime we want a sub we'll choose jersey mikes over subway hands down.
