Stopped here while on an errand in the area. The wife needed to use the washroom. Ut oh, no washroom available to the public. So ridiculous! She had the Peanut Buster® Parfait Royal Treat® has loads of peanuts, mounds of creamy, smooth DQ soft serve and tons of rich hot fudge layered high for one tempting treat. She loved it! And it was huge! I had a simple Reese Blizzard. I ordered it with chocolate ice cream. It was tasty but nothing to get excited about. The prices were way too high. The two were around $12. Came by for two dipped chocolate on chocolate cones on Friday night. They were actually a bit busy for a cold day. I had to wait at the window until they finished with everyone ahead of me. Finally I placed my order and the car in front of me left. I get to the window and he takes my card and charges me and then he was like did you order the blizzards im like no I got two cones and he was like I'm sorry I charged you for two medium blizzards. I was like okay, he like I can give you the blizzards I'm like I don't want that since you don't clean your ingredients storage. So I he gave me my cones and they where done wrong and the guys where mad it not my fault they didn't pay attention. It's a gorgeous summer day, and I deserved a sundae. I got everything I ordered, and it came with a squirt of humor, too. I left satisfied. Soft serve ice cream can be had anywhere, but Dairy Queen's peanut butter sauce is Special with a capital S. I love it always, and it was delicious here, too. There are a lot of indoor tables (no public bathroom though), but I dined al fresco on the picnic tables outside. I ordered a small peanut butter sundae with whipped cream and pecans. It was delicious and beautiful, emphasis on the whip and nuts. Remember: it's not about the size, it's how you use it. I'm not sure a limo could navigate the drive-thru, but this would be a great place for a bachelorette party to end the night. read more

Pulled up ordered a large come dipped in chocolate and a large cone dipped in "fruity berry blast" (new flavor I guess sounds good) and a side of cone crunch topping. The reply back from the employee was "we don't have on side." I replied, "Can I buy a side or cup of crunch?" The employee said, "No". I left with no dessert. Wouldn't they make more money to just sell me the side? I wasn't asking for it free. Ridiculous. This Dairy Queen has been subpar for years. They need new management. Not sure why the reviews are so mixed but I like this location. I come here a few times a year and it is always a good experience. Our family of 6+ usually has a big order and they always get it right in the drive through. My favorite thing to get is their banana split with whipped cream and nuts. My family usually goes for different blizzards and they always love it. I especially appreciate that we've never gotten sick from their ice cream since we went to Andy's brand new location on Barrington once and the whole family was sick. And with Covid they are being mindful to wear masks and take precautions. read more

Ordered 3 pumpkin pie blizzards through drive thru and definitely didn't receive the correct order. We had some Snickers -Reese blizzards instead. Tried calling but call would not go through. so decided to drive back and have them correct it. They had the same kid who made them wrong in the 1st place make them. Again they were wrong - definitely not really pumpkin flavored. They tried giving me the blizzards with no whip cream, no nutmeg topping. The kid at the window said they don't come with whip cream but if that's what you want. I gave up after that & didn't even bother to tell them that they still weren't correct. There pic of a banana split showing whip cream on it, there price on menu is 5.19. But on my receipt shows 5.29 plus 0.98. I didn't taste pinapple. Amazing customer service! I wanted to send my mother-in-law a special cake or dessert for her birthday and I live in the city. I saw that GrubHub delivers Dairy Queen and decided to order an ice cream cake for her. I called this location to see if they would be able to customize the cake for her and the manager and owner went out of her way to pick out a beautiful cake and customize it perfectly! Usually when I get a blizzard I ask for extra (cookie dough, Oreo, Reese's etc...) because so many places have skimped on the goodies. Tonight I went to this Dairy Queen in Bartlett for the first time and received the most loaded blizzard I've ever had! Not only was the blizzard fantastic, but the store was fully staffed and they were working very quickly and efficiently. I'm very happy and will definitely be back. read more

Although this is my local Dairy Queen, I am not overly impressed with them. Sure the drive thru is convenient. And they have the expected ingredients on hand. But, their service is middle of the road. And worse, their blizzards leave something to be desired. There's nothing wrong with the ice cream, but there is something wrong with their execution. More often than not, they don't put all of the ingredients into the blizzard that we order. This is quite annoying since we pay extra for extra ingredients. Most recently I ordered the special blizzard of the month and had them add one item to it. It may as well have been a plain cup of ice cream. Four ingredients should have been in the cup with the ice cream, but I only received a light portion of two. When I called to talk with a manager, there was no one on duty to talk with. Yet another reason not to be thrilled. No one to even apologize for their shortcomings. We will probably be back, but only out of convenience and I think we are done ordering blizzards from this location. We should stick to dilly bars and buster bars that are premade. read more

Went to this location tonight 8/6/19 for 4 hot dogs. No relish on premises so got mustard only. Had to ask for a bag. We ate right there in parking lot and those hot dogs and buns were ice cold. Disgusting but we were so hungry we ate half. We go here for hot dogs at least once a week and they are usually hot. But last time no relish either. The service tonight was terrible. It was about 6:30 and went inside. Only saw two people with no personality. Someone else waited forever even after ringing bell. We get ice cream and blizzards all the time too and it has always been good. Need to step up the game for hot food. read more

I came in a couple of months ago and decided to try out their chili dog. I did not realize just how quickly and severely I would regret that decision. I devoured the steaming-hot chili dog, chips, and a Coke after I saw the commercials for them that made them seem so delectable. As I waited for my son to finish eating his mini Oreo blizzard, my stomach started talking to me. "BLUUURRRG GLURP GLURP" Which roughly translates to "You just screwed up, boy" I immediately knew that this wasn't going to end well. I drank water that they have provided in the corner in hopes to counteract the chili dog's destructive powers, but it was to no avail. I decided to wait it out and get home to send the chili dog on his porcelain journey, but after 15 minutes my bowels had other ideas. I was about to explode. I didn't want to make this obviously clear to the nice employees who were working, so I waited in line. Sweat developed above my lip and on my forehead. As I got to the counter I tried to play off the oncoming onslaught of their bathroom. I asked them "how many ounces are in your large blizzard?" This worked well as the girl couldn't even tell what my plans were. I then asked if I could use their bathroom, she agreed and walked me back to it. When I got into the bathroom, I was pleasantly surprised, it was clean and smelled of flowers. When I left, it no longer smelled of flowers. I couldn't hold it anymore, as I was struggling to get my belt off, it came blasting out. You'd think with the pressure that the chili dog came out you would clean the floor, like a pressure washer, but it did just the opposite. For the next 2 minutes solid was a orchestra of noises and smells. I was concerned that the employees would hear my smelly music, but I didn't care. After that ended I caught my breath and relaxed. It was over. I turned around and couldn't believe what I had done. I had painted the bathroom brown. I cleaned myself up as best I could. But I couldn't clean up that bathroom with help from God. This was an irreversible change to this 9 square foot room. I walked out of the bathroom, shoes squishing, and avoided eye contact with the employees. I couldn't avoid the brown artwork that my shoe left on their floor. I quickly grabbed my son and got the hell out of there. So no, I would NOT recommend the chili dog. Unless you like your anus feeling like it just high-fived Satan. read more

This is the worst Diary Queen ever. I went to the drive thru wanting to order 4 Oreo Small Frappe during happy hour and the lady on the intercom told me I had to come inside if I wanted to order that many but yet 2 weeks before that they had no problem processing my order. She would not take my order and I was stuck behind another car for 10 minutes to find out the car in front of me only had one item and it took almost 10 minutes to make her drink. Once I arrived at the pick up window a middle eastern lady came to the window started yelling and pointing her finger at me like I was some little kid she was yelling at for not listening to her. This used to be my favorite place to buy blizzard and cake but after this event I WILL NEVER AGAIN BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE and have advised all my neighbors and friends not to buy from here. She could have been nicer but the yelling and pointing the finger are two major turn off for this former customer. read more
