Came to this place few days ago to celebrate. We came a little late, but yet we could try the dates with bacon, the octopus, the patatas bravas and the lamb. Amazing food and enviroment! Will come back again to try the paella, they ran out since we came late, but will try go earlier for that! Great to talk the manager and the story of this restaurant and will come back again for this hidden gem in barttlet.

This restaurant is charming with a great menu. Chef Sunny greeted us when we arrived and found us a nice table outside. The shaded patio was lovely to dine in, especially with the breeze that we had. The service was attentive as they were constantly checking in to see if we needed anything. Seating is first come first serve. On Thu, seats were filling up fast after 6p. The waitress brought us complimentary slices of bread loaded with olives and olive oil to start the meal. Cocktails and Martinis $14 Bacon wrapped dates (4 pieces) $10 - Delicious, the bacon is cooked to perfection and the dates were stuffed with goat cheese. Patata bravas $11 - Tasty roasted potatoes Meat paella $24 - Came out fast, no lead time needed when ordering. The tenderloin steaks were tender. We couldn't finish this between two people and I brought the leftover home, which tasted just as great the next day. Chocolate molten bundt lava cake $9 - Very chocolaty; my favorite dessert here. .|\---/| | @_@ | ..\_^_/..2025

Combo paella

The food is AMAZING! We ordered two of the tapas- the baked goat cheese spread and the gambas al ajillo (garlic shrimp). Both come with bread. Absolutely delicious and bursting with so much flavor. The bread was perfect for spreading and dipping! We both ordered the combo paella for dinner and wow...that's some good paella! I'm a huge paella fan and happy to have found a local spot that offers it! Next time, I would love to try the seafood paella. The combo comes with chorizo sausage and shrimp. The rice was perfect and they also added little pieces of avocado in there which was a great addition. The waitresses were nice, attentive and friendly. I also really enjoyed the ambiance. It's cute and homey inside. There's a little bar area that seems like a chill spot for just hanging out and having drinks and tapas! It was a bit cold inside and we wished they had maybe a heater or two nearby. I was glad I had my warm boots and vest on... Regardless, I would recommend this place for the food alone! Will definitely be back!

The dining experience was one to remember! Especially due to the great hospitality and ambiance. Sunny and his team were very attentive and welcoming. The food has great variety with every dish leaving a lasting impression. I will definitely be returning as this was my first time here!

I went with a couple friends and we thought the place was adorable! We went when the weather was nice so able to sit outside but it was pretty cool that the inside part was at a barn. We ordered baked goat cheese, seafood paella, and patatas bravas. I also got a pomegranate moscow mule. Everything was pretty good and family style being a tapas place. The parking was easy and service was good too. I would come back if I was in the area!

My family and I went to Le Petit to celebrate my birthday. The service and food was impeccable. We started off with complimentary montadito-chimichurri evoo, cheese & olive on toasted ciabatta. They were so nice to make very tapas a plus one for our party of 5, so everyone got to try each tapas. We enjoyed the bacon wrapped dates, albondigas, charcuterie board, patatas bravas, ceviche, gambas al ajillo, and the seafood paella. We ended with the delicious lemoncello marscapone cake and flourless chocolate cake. They put a candle on both slices and sang happy birthday with my family. It made for a very special evening. My children kept on talking about the food on the way home and the next day. We will be back.

I almost don't want to write this and have too many people find this true hidden gem. It's been on our radar forever and we finally went for our anniversary. It's tiny, just a handful of tables and a small bar. But it's super cool, I wish it was warmer as they look like they have a great patio area. The manu is small ish with some small plates, paellas, flatbreads and some entrees. The wine menu is impressive and all bottles are the same price....what a revelation. We started with an excellent bottle of red from Chile and the crostini amuse bouche they provided. The bloody mary shrimp shots were a tasty start, The grilled octopus was awesome, I could have licked the guajillo sauce off the plate. The shrimp avocado bruschetta was substantial and great! We also did the mushroom and goat cheese flatbread, again amazing. What a stunning meal, 10 minutes from home! The desserts again all the same price, we got the chocolate molten cake, again stunning athe caramel sauce was just wonderful. As good a meal we have had for twice the price, we will absolutely be back and I can't wait to try everything.

Excellent food an top notch service. What more could you ask for? Fun evening for four of us. We'll definitely be back.

All I gotta say is, wow!!! The food is wow! The drinks is wow!! The people are wow!! I don't have a superlative description....only photos and the dessert was so good I forgot to take pictures!! Must try the limoncello cake with caramel sauce....happy taste buds!!

A wonderful place for five-star food and drinks, in the heart of downtown Bartlett, of all places. I like the concept of tapas, bringing to mind the ability to have a 2 hour+ meeting with great food, good drink, and most important: engaging company. And since you order the food in multiple rounds, you can graze like you are at a buffet, especially if you are dining with others. What's obviously important is that the food needs to be prepared quickly (one can't wait for 20 minutes for a dish to come after ordering). Le Petit is the place! It shares a large parking lot with other restaurants in the area, and since those were also busy on a Friday night, the lot was pretty full but we were able to find a spot close by. We didn't have a reservation, but found a place near the door, and was promptly engaged. We were given menus and a complementary montadito (small slice of french bread with EVOO and olives). They have a strong wine collection (which my brother-in-law perused) and a decent selection of draught beer. We ended up getting pints of estrella and chimay grande reserve, which at $7 was very much appreciated. Then we began to order, doing 2 - 3 dishes at a time. Pimento Del Piquillo ($7) - seafood stuffed pepper (2) - each pepper was 2- 3 bites worth. The first munch of this for me, was the best bite I've had in a very long time. Grilled Octopus ($14) - a smaller dish, with two tenacles, pounded and marinated. It was tender, not chewy and the accompaniments and relish really added so much flavor to each bite. Seafood Paella ($15) - ended up ordering this twice. As expected, it took a little longer to prepare/assemble...but still short enough to order it as a refill without waiting too long. This is my favorite Spanish dish, and it was good rendition, topped with separately prepared shrimp, salmon, and octopus. It reminded me that people are trying to serve paella in smaller portions, and CAN work as a tapas. Meat and Cheese Platter ($15) - recommended by our chef, so ate it towards the end. Very good quality meat and cheeses, and would be the right amount for a party of four. tenderloin-avocado blt slider ($9) - probably the one fusion dish that we ordered. Tastes exactly like as you would expect reading the title. Because we were raving about the food, our hostess brought out the chef/owner so we could meet him. Rakesh "Sunny" Chopra is the origination of these various dishes on the menu, and obviously takes a very hands on approach. Service was good throughout, and they will provide a bottle of tap water to serve yourself, if you ask. I think the term fusion in the name would apply more to the mix of different dishes. rather than a particular dish that melds different flavors/ingredients within itself. This was clear when my dining companion who grew up in Spain, had very complementary things to say about the Spanish tapas (including the ultimate, "my mom makes this"). Surprisingly, we really didn't see or taste any Indian influences, considering the chef/owner's ethnicity or history of his restauranteering in the Bartlett area. Note the location is in a historic, rustic barn that has been restored and has quite a bit of space for seating, without having to squeeze every bit of space. It is drafty in places. Their website is very good, giving accurate information about the menu and history of the ownership family. This is when I realized that I had dined at one of Sunny's restaurants before: d'licious Crepes & Roti...remembering it to be excellent. i really need to keep an eye on this place, recommending it wholeheartedly to everyone, and seeing what Sunny has planned next.

Steak and bacon flatbread

What a special restaurant! I felt like I went back in time when I entered the dining room. From the ambiance to the friendly attentive service to the delicious food - absolutely charming. We had BaconWrapped Shrimp, Tenderloin and Bacon flatbread and the Steak and Pasta special. You won't be disappointed!

Tried this place again - pretty great! Food is very very good. We both tried paellas - I tried the seafood one, very fresh and tasty, plentiful. I am not a fan of the octopus and they readily changed it for more fish. Husband tried the meat paella - very good flavor. Reasonably priced at $24 per paella. Prices in general are pretty reasonable and they have good specials as well. Service is very kind. Plenty of seating. Cozy place. There is parking next to the restaurant or street parking. Would recommend!

Vera Brewery Pistachio Cream Ale And White Bean Hummus

Came across this place in Bartlett when visiting the coffee house next to it. It was an unexpectedly good surprise. Le P'Tit Resto sounds like it has lots of French stuff, but it's more than that though. Actually because it's not French at all. This turned out to be a Spanish tapas bar and restaurant. A fancy sounding place to be sure, but it turned out it really wasn't that bad. Instead of sitting in the coffee house, we came here and sat at the bar for some drinks and tapas. Things were a pretty good value. It's about $6 for a pint of one of the interesting sounding beers. They had one from Vera Brewery called Pistachio Cream Ale, and this tasted like it. As for the tapas, we got the cheapest we could. It's about $9 for the White Bean Hummus. This was cannellini beans and extra virgin olive oil, topped with giardiniera and served with naan pieces. For sure I could go here again. It's pretty affordable for a tapas bar, to be honest. This is a great option if not feeling hungry enough for big meals, and need something a lot simpler.

They have an excellent bar up front and make great cocktails- my husband and dad both love the classic old fashion! I'm a sucker for a nice glass of Pinot Noir. If you're dining in (and you really should!) The pasta bolognese is a must have. Always amazing. And the black pepper shrimp over polenta is an amazing appetizer! So rich and delicious. These are both part of my go-to order here. Recently expanded my order and tried the short rib over polenta for the first time, it was amazing. Tender. Flavorful. Good sized portion. Wonderful. Will absolutely get again. For dessert, and there's always room for dessert here in my opinion, I love to get the rich panna cotta. This past time though we got the butterscotch budino, which was smooth and rich without being overly sweet. It was perfect to share (or not)! Just enough hint of butterscotch and topped with a crumbled shortbread cookie to an add a little crunch to the otherwise creamy treat. The staff is always helpful in making recommendations to suit your tastes too! There is a call ahead wait list and they've also started taking reservations. I ordered the Tinto de Verano, and it was really good. It was a bit strong and reminded me of a sangria. For tapas, we got the #21 shrimp dish, which was packed with flavor. The calamari was light and airy, and the accompanying sauces added even more flavor. We also shared the patatas bravas, which were crispy and had a nice little kick to them. So we came here on a random Friday night to test our luck to get a table at 7 o'clock for two people. We got lucky and got to sit inside because that's where we wanted to sit although they do have sidewalk or outdoor seating as well. I thought sitting inside would be cooler, but I was wrong as all the doors and windows were open and I don't believe the AC was on at all. Well, the menu is pretty extensive. I will say that a vegetarian could definitely eat here as well as anyone else. This is our first visit here and as you can tell from the photos ordered quite a bit of food. And typical top of style the portions are pretty small, but they are meant to be shared. It was actually too much food for two people who were already hungry. Some of the standouts were definitely the meatballs and the salad salads. The jamon iberico was absolutely incredible. Not pictured was the picture of sangria we ordered. We got the rosé and to be quite honest with all of the heat. It actually watered down way too quickly. And it also came in a plastic picture, which was a bit of a turn off. The shrimp with garlic was good, but the garlic was hard to taste because it was also covered or doused in a lot of tomato base or tomato sauce. I was really looking forward to a very clear buttery or olive oil sauce that was saturated with garlic. The mushrooms were OK as well, but again too much tomato in this dish that I'm not used to. The potatoes were also very tasty and well seasoned, and the sauce on it was just right. I think this is a good option for people who want top us in the suburbs however, I will say that I hope they do some tweaking to the recipes as well so that they have something that truly makes them stand out and unique.
